Very bad costumer service, I ordered a fragrance from here, it did turn up 5 working days later but they sent me no tracking number or conformation it had been posted and didn鈥檛 get back to me until I contacted pay pal asking about my order. Within minutes of it been delivered they emailed me saying we can see you have signed for your item would you like a tracking number. The sarcastic B…….s. Yes I would have liked it 5 days ago!!! And it鈥檚 funny they can email you after a week of no replies within seconds of it been delivered. Very bad service. Avoid….

My son ordered me a gift set for xmas. We are still waiting is now 9th January. Terrible service. Sent email just automated response. Reckon this is a scam company going to take the issue up with my bank and try and get my son his money back. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IS MY RECOMMENDATION.

Excellent customer service , ordered however royal mail lost my parcel typical they cant even get parcels delivered normally andr spically christmas time its expected however fragrance avenue customer service was quick to resolve send a replacemnt via dpd , DPD delvered it next day and am happy with the order will use again , Excellent price & Excellent Service

Similar to others I ordered a gift set, received an order confirmation but nothing more. A week later I sent an email asking when I would receive the order. I was told the server was down and that they were struggling with demand due to Christmas (who鈥檇 have thought it would get busy at Christmas).
Then a further email stating that it had been dispatched but Royal Mail said that it had been lost.
I have still not had a refund.
This, along with other similar reviews is for me more than coincidence. How many items despatched by one company are likely to be reported as lost.
I don鈥檛 know if it鈥檚 a scam or not but I won鈥檛 be ordering from them again.

First time iv used this company and i highly recommend them, I found their prices very reasonable, their customer service is excellent, kept me up to date with my delivery even though they were having problems with their emails I will definitely buy from them again

Obviously struggling over the Christmas period , but my item did arrive within the specified time scale . I had to ask for my tracking no , but they did provide me with one . Has some bad reviews but is a new company , and I don't think they were prepared enough for the demand at this time of year. But all in all , not a bad experience.

I ordered purfume on 13th December 2019 ,
I recieved purchase receipt email but no delivery confirmation.
I email them back stating i have not received my item in the 4-5 days as stated on their site.
This morning i recieved an email stating my item has just been posted today 6 days late already!!
This company is the most unprofessional purfume distribution company i have ever had the misfortune to you use.
Let hope the CEO or the owner of this company reads Fragrence Avenues reviews on trust pilot? As i can for see this company crash & burning in the very near future.

Excellent Service never revieved confirmation email but emailed at was told there was an issue with a there server , item arrived in 2 days of ordering will make excellent gift , thank you will defo use again

This is not a vendor I will use again. Ordered perfume on the 6th O Dec and was informed their servers were down and not processing emails. This went on for 12 days and was finally informed that it is Royal Mails fault that the package is now lost and the item has since gone out of stock and will be issued a refund. Not impressed in the slightest

I ordered 2 items on the 8.12.19. I have emailed on numerous occassions as i have no tracking. They email back with an automated response how they are having trouble with there email and tracking info. They also said it will be delivered between the 11th and the 13th. Still waiting. I have now emailed for refund but will probably get a automated reply again.

After numerous emails and ringing i finally got through on the 19th. She said it has been dispatched and out with the courrier. She finally gave me the tracking number. On checking this it was only dispached that day. I would advise not to order from these as i ad to re order the items from else where which has cost me double and i think returning them would be a nightmare.

I've given 1star as I ordered on the 2nd of December, I'm still waiting for a delivery date. I've emailed an enquiry but just found the Web page is not running so I'm expecting the I've lost my money and am forced to take legal action.
I will amend my review if and when I have any correspondence back.
Update, email just received saying their servers are down due to mass orders and emails but I will receive my goods and to expect correspondence in the next 72 hrs.
Again, I will amend when I have a delivery date..
