Went there last year and bought 4 fragrant sets, three for me, and a cologne set for my husband. I was cautious when first approaching, but when learning that they had my perfume and at or below department store price, I was so pleased with this, we bought the other gift sets in addition to my perfume. This would not have happened otherwise. I've already shared this company information with my daughter.

There a store up in the outlets where i live and there price range from $5 to i think$45 for the expensive bottle of perfumes and sprays of all collections

The product I received is not what was shown on their site. I decided that I would return it and found that to be a very frustrating experience. I will not be ordering from them again.

The bottle of cologne I received was a demonstration bottle without a cap and doesn't smell like the cologne I had bought in the store.

Ordered one of their products at a reasonable price. Approximately 10 minutes after I'd placed the order online and received a confirmation email and the money withdrawn from my account, I receive another email indicating that my order's status has been changed to "Refunded". No reason for the cancellation/refund given. And of course, the money had been taken quickly but not refunded as quickly. I've searched around the net and discovered that this company does not seem to have a customer service department where I can speak to someone. It seems I am at their mercy as to when I will get my money back, IF I get my money back.

Product received was not ordered . received product can be purchased for less then product ordered and that was advertised. Very disappointed. Produced received is useless. No effort has been by your company to correct this error.
