Cancelled order w/o notice or communication after a week.

I never received my order, had to file an amazon a-z claim.

Why would you want a review from me. I purchased my wife's favorite perfume on December 11, 2020. Order was accepted and paid by paypal same day with the committment to be delivered by Christmas. A week before Christmas I get an email stating that Fragranceon was going to credit my account. No excuse, no reason, nothing, just the one statement. Needless to say my wife's present was late. Two days after Christmas she got her gift. Very angry at this company. I guess with such poor business practices I am lucky to get my money back.

I chose Fragranceon because of their lower prices on perfume. After ordering it took about 3 weeks to receive my order after several inquiries into when it would be fulfilled and shipped. It was stressful experience because the customer service kept repeating that within 3-5 business days I would have my perfume. I was about to cancel the order and then I was informed that the package was shipped. I received it and probably will not use them again.

Slow to ship the order!

Found a perfume that was discontinued that I loved from this site. Was very easy to order and shipped quickly even though it was right before Christmas. Would def recommend and will order from here again in a heartbeat.

I odered (2) bareminerals lipgloss in Showoff. A month after you guys tell me you dont have the items! Bad business

I placed my order on 11/08/2020 and was charged at that time. I haven鈥檛 received my order as of 12/06/2020 and my order status still says it鈥檚 awaiting fulfillment. When I placed my order, it should have said 鈥渙ut of stock鈥?so I could have ordered it elsewhere. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card since I haven鈥檛 received my order or an communication regarding the delay of my order. I鈥檓 very disappointed in the service of this company.

Not the best experience. One week after ordering I checked the tracking number and noticed no action had been taken. I emailed their customer service and asked for a refund. Later that same day I checked the tracking again. It now said a label had been printed but that was it. No scans had been placed by the courier. I emailed their customer service again and again asked for a refund because it hadn't shipped. I never received any reply from the company. A couple days later my order arrived. It was a different cologne than what I had ordered. I had ordered a bottle of Lempicka au Masculine but received a bottle of Lempicka Homme. Similar? Yes. What I had ordered and what was pictured and named in the description? No. FragranceX.com is a much better site to purchase perfume and cologne from.

They carry authentic Chanel perfume at great prices. I got exactly what I wanted, and customer service was very responsive. I will buy from them again.

I was able to find the cologne I like really easy on there website, easy ordering and shipping was came in fashionable time. They seem to be a very well established company. I will order from them again.

I haven鈥檛 my fragrance yet

If there was a zero star that's what I would give.I have tried for days to contact them by phone at all times of the day and night I always get a busy signal.i have texted them with NO return message. I ordered and within two hours tried to cancel . So for 4 days still the same no answer or contact. So I have filled a complaint to BBB on this company for being a Scammer and no full refund of my money and no contact from them. So please don't order from them they will scan you with no refund and noway to contact them.

Really happy with the service. My order arrived very promptly (can't quite remember if it was 1 or days later). The price for the perfume was really good. Highly recommended.
