I have been a customer of fragrance shop wholesale dept for many years.. I have a business seeking perfumes.. I never really had any complaints except twice.. The later complaint was when I placed an order for my clients and one of the perfumes (Feerie by van cleef and Arpels) and received said perfume minus the spray cover, therefore the perfume was leaking, the bottle and box was saturated. I then sent them an email along with pictures for them to see.. They responded by asking me to return I leaking bottle. I do not live in the U.S and returning any item is expensive and would've cost me more than the cost of the perfume.. Anyways after a long back and forth they decided to refund me the cost of it.. A few weeks later I proceeded to place another order only to receive a message that my account is temporarily blocked and to contact them..i sent emails upon emails trying to find out the reason for blocking my account. I eventually had to call them ( an overseas call) and wait over 15 mins which cost me over $4 per minute only to be told a really ridiculous excuse that they no longer ship to skyboxes or sea boxes. When I asked if they shipped to my country they said no.. After all these years these of being a loyal wholesale customer these people just decide to block my account and didn't even have the courtesy to send me an email.. Disgusting service
