I received my King Kylie wig about a month ago. Purchasing a Freedom Couture piece was something I anticipated for a very long time and to be honest, it's a bit disappointing.

The hair quality, lace, knots, and everything are very nice quality and made very well; the part is very realistic, even with hair that is almost black. However, the density is really disappointing, especially considering how thick and luxurious all of their wigs appear in their photos. It's misleading.

My King Kylie will definitely get use, but at this price tag there are other companies who make more impressive pieces for slightly less money.

The wig I purchased from freedom couture was of such poor quality that I had to throw it away. The quality and construction of the wig was significantly flawed; 1) the lace was low grade (which would cause extreme irritation and inflammation of the scalp), 2) hair texture and quality was very poor (actually the hair appeared to not be real and had a greenish tint to it), 3) knots not bleached as advertised. Over $1100.00 down the drain. Disputed the purchase with pay pal but pay pal did not respond to me. Tried to contact freedom couture by email, text and phone calls; they did not respond or return my messages. I would have returned the wig but freedom couture's return policy has so many hoop holes that I would not have received a refund. People should boycott this company.

Listen the wig wasn鈥檛 horrible, it was nice enough… However, when you鈥檙e spending the kind of money we are talking about (1500$ for the one I purchased) then you expect the best.
Unfortunately it was not the best!
My experience is that the lace came pre-cut, which in essence means someone else had the wig before me. The hair was ok, I wasn鈥檛 as impressed as I thought I would be. It didn鈥檛 feel like a luxury item, more like a mass produced item.
I went to buy a Louis Vuitton bag and left with a Guess bag… not a bad bag , just not the luxury I was looking for.
In the end, the worst part was the customer service, they refused to respond, and then told me they never received my emails. I finally had to file a grievance through PayPal. And then I did receive a refund, but I had to fight for it.
The bottom line is, this company is disguising itself as a luxury brand and it鈥檚 nothing more than the Walmart of wigs. Listen you may get lucky ( if you鈥檙e an Influencer) and get a nice unit, but it鈥檚 a crap shoot.
You鈥檙e gambling with not only the wig, but the customer service as well.

$1300 wig that was supposed to be 180% density is less than my 130% wig from another manufacturer. The bleached knots look awful and the hairline is embarrassing. I'm so sickened that I spent so much on such crap when it looked so pretty on the site

I felt it necessary to talk on my experience with freedom couture official. I鈥檝e purchased more then once and I have to say with out any doubt that my experience from start to finish has been top class!
When I was making initial enquires the customer service team were so helpful the website was easy to navigate when it came to purchasing. I received my purchase very quickly when I received it, it was beautifully packaged and the hair was the best quality I鈥檝e come across.
I鈥檇 highly encourage any one that want to try quality wig company to try freedom couture! THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!

Now i am scared to buy….Thank you TRUSTPILOT! I will think twise! I was looking for all updates in FreedomC. webpage and dreaming of these LUXwigs for a long time, i was working hard and save my money all year to buy ONE one day! I am shocked with the reviews! May be you girls know where i can buy a good wig, any other but good stores?

Freedom Couture has the best wigs hands down I鈥檝e worn the King Kylie unit which lasted way over 1 year and have purchased other units from her this is the best hair I鈥檝e ever had !! It looks and feels like real virgin hair and bounces back after every wash I鈥檒l forever be a customer do not listen to the bad reviews and make sure you order from the actual site I swear u won鈥檛 be disappointed

I am going through chemo and have bought 3 wigs from FC. I have only purchased through their authentic website. Tracking comes out of Australia, not China. If yours came from China you were scammed. Because my wigs are authentic I have been a very happy customer and they have lasted well over a year with great hairlines, no complaints and worth the money. Please be careful of where you are purchasing from before dragging this company鈥檚 name through the mud.

Sends Chinese knock off fualty wig and black dye comes off it. Blocks on Instagram then still claimed to help but no refund return . A year on and over 800 wasted on soemthing I can't wear. Hair loss is serious Freedom couture is a scam

I always buy my wigs from FC. Literally spent THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS and was ALWAYS impressed. BUT my second last purchase was a let down, and thinking it was a one off, I then purchased another wig this month and oh my god… it was like I had purchased this wig from a dollar store. $2000 US DOLLARS PEOPLE and the hair was so fine and thin and over processed, I literally put it on and it looked like I had a thin pair of extensions in. So if I sound mad it鈥檚 because of this next part…so granted that I spent 2K US on this ball of hair I figured 鈥淔C is going to make this right and fix this up for me鈥?NOPE! I sent pictures, emailed customer service, called the number, nope nope nope ! The response that I got was basically that I purchased this, they do not do refunds, and they try and depict to the best of their abilities what the wig looks like online. In the end I got ignored, and tried to contact FC on Instagram to which I was blocked faster than a getaway car leaving the scene of a dang crime! I contacted my bank and put in a dispute and had the money returned. But I cannot believe the treatment of this wig company. Also…the smell of the wig wreaked of ammonia. I decided to look up the tracking code as I threw away the package it came in and you best believe it, this 2K USD 鈥渓uxury鈥?wig was sent from China. Nope nope nope never again.

For many years i loved to spend hours looking at her wigs. For xmas i begged my boyfriend to get me one… finally.. after $2400 i got the one i wanted, my ONLY gift. Which i knew and was cool with until i opened the box. The blonde hair is a mix of yellow and white… the lace is the weirdest color of pale pink.. the hair is dry, friz mess, knots quickly.

The best part is, when we got the confirmation number, it said shipment on way FROM HONG KONG!!! I didnt think anything because i didnt know… but how am I the only person that notices this???

So i post a comment on Instagram, boom blocked!!!!! 2400 and blocked?

And i noticed a few tiny black hairs. Im going to make a YouTube video because i havnt even cut the lace yet. I felt like a complete a$shole asking my boyfriend for this trash, i couldnt even hide it on my face when i opened it. The worst part is, my boyfriend who knows nothing about anything that has to do with glam or style or how to match a black shirt with jeans.. looks right at me and says… is that how its meant to look? Maybe its the lighting but it looks like old lady hair…. fail. Fml

Whoever is writing a positive review must be by Freedom couture because HER WIGS ARE VERY UGLY AND WIGGY LOOKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They LOOK NOTHING LIKE HER INSTAGRAM PHOTOS!!!!!!!! I paid over 3000K for her wig and when It came in the mail looking like a Halloween wig from a Freddy Krueger movie! I was soooo depressed, I cried because I paid so much and It literally just looked so fake and dry, and just wiggy. When i left a message on her instagram about it and wanting a refund–SHE BLOCKED ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The hair was overly bleached and crusty dry, and when I brushed it, it started completely shedding. COME ON!! I didnt pay over 3000K for a WIG to look like a SCARE-CROW!!!
If you dont believe me, the honest reviews about being scammed by her are REAL. So buy with your own risk and dont come crying that I didnt told you so. DOnt be fooled by her fake instagram filter photos and hired marketing team to make lies about it being so amazing.. She only sends decent ones to her same 3 influencers and make up lies and lies. PLEASE DO URSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS FRAUD CHINESE HALLOWEEN WIGS !!!!!!!!

I鈥檓 so sad. I just bought mines two days ago and it came today. I buy wigs a lot, I love them. I have been eyeballing Freedom Couture for a while and I kept seeing influencers on Youtube swear by her wigs. I finally had the money to get one. I knew instantly from the moment I took the wig out the box that it wasn鈥檛 worth the money and it鈥檚 not what she described or what鈥檚 in the photo. It looks and feel like a wig from China, but they bleached the knots. I can鈥檛 even suck it up and pretend to wear it because the lace is so badly damaged and the hair at the top is yellow from the bleach that it looks very wiggy on my head. I googled to see if I鈥檓 crazy and I found these reviews. The bad reviews are real, if you鈥檙e a normal person and not an influencer, you鈥檙e going to get a really ugly, cheap wig.

The wigs are just so perfect, They arrive super fast and smell great and i can put the wig on straight away

i really like that the hairline and baby hairs are allready perfect straight out of the box , i just put the wig on and cut the lace and its all ready styled and looks like i have been to the salon.

i work a lot so i dont have much time to go to the salon, but when i put on my fc wig i get that beautiful feeling like im being pampered and looking after my self.

my wigs have never shed or had any problems. the hair is soft & really nice to wear.

I always get alot of compliments when i wear Fc wigs, especially when i wear my blonde wig (chicago ).

If you want the best quality wigs and service that you can trust i really reccomend fc because mamma couture and her team are the best

I have been a customer since 2017. I purchased my first unit the Ice Diamond after seeing it on Lemy beauty and have since purchased 5 more times. My latest purchase was the Monroe unit earlier this month. When it came you could tell the quality of the hair was second to none. It is obvious how much care they take to make each colour and style. Also the packaging was impressive, a silk bag and beautiful box to store it in. What ever product they are using for the fragrance is so nice aswell! I love my Freedom Couture wigs and will only buy from them.

I am really surprised by the other reviews but I know that there is an issue with scamming websites pretending to sell "Freedom Couture" wigs and stealing their videos. Unfortunately people have been scammed and then write a bad review. So ladies make sure to only buy from the real official website.

I鈥檝e bought a few wigs from them in the past two years. The first two were great, the last two not so much. The second last one I got was a lot lighter and although it said dark ash it was pretty blonde, matching an exact other wig they had that they called light blonde. It was also a little greenish. There goes 1k. I didn鈥檛 bother to complain because they have a color disclaimer. Then they said a end of year sale so I bought decided to drop another 2k on a wig that was suppose to be blonde, instead I get a brown with with two cheap tacky blonde streaks in the front. It reminded me of what I did to my hair in middle school when I wanted to look 鈥渃ool.鈥?Worst part about it is, that wig looked exactly like another wig they had, from the color to the way it was dyed. The one I ordered was suppose to be more ombr茅 starting from the roots, this one the color was dyed exactly like a wig they called Nia. Although the owner was friendly in her response, she was rather not helpful as she was contacting the production team to see what happened.

My theory is the first year that I had a good experience, she was more hands on, now her wigs are probably outsourced (probably to China. Check out Aliexpress) for all I know. But the quality has definitely gone downhill. Did I mention there was also a lot of breakage so the top half of my wig containing mainly 3 inch strands? Also, the baby hairs on the wigs look really weird. Nothing like her original work. I can accept if a wig color is a bit off since they have a disclaimer, but I cannot accept ordering one wig and clearly getting another one that was available on their site at the same time. If this is how they treat a regular customer, how do you think you鈥檒l be treated once you get sent the wrong wig as a first time customer?

Early Dec 2019, I ordered a wig that from the Freedom Couture shop that looked to be a beautiful elegant platinum blonde, from the images on the store and Instagram. What I recieved and was sent to me is HORRIFIC for the cost and the only time it could ever be used by someone is for Halloween.

The wig is ratty and in a terrible condition. The colour has a noticable yellow undertone in some places and in others it is SO white that it looks synthetic. The colour is very uneven and has that cheap platinum blonde colour. The lace they used is also not transparent as claimed in their description but a light rose colour that is noticable against the skin and casts a rosy/pinky hue at the roots. The wig is honestly just a hot mess all round and in my opinion should not have been sold due to the colour and condition.

I took this wig to a professional wig maker here in South Africa and he said that it's very poor quality hair and questioned if it was 100% human hair? and that the workmanship was not good as the baby hairs created were not natural looking and created a lobsided framing on the wig.

When I contacted Freedom Couture the first thing they spewed was their disclaimer. It's as if they are VERY VERY used to getting complaints.

Then I was told ((Dear Bella, The Ivy you purchased is platinum blonde as per our website description. If you prefer more silver tones in your platinum I would recommend using some diluted sulfate free purple shampoo or conditioner.))

Now recommending that I shampoo a brand new wig to remove some of the uneven brassy tones would forfeit any kind of exchange on the wig. That this was the first feedback was my first red flag. Shampoo a new wig because there is a colour descrepency? Seriously. This is completely unethical!

My own natural hair is platinum blonde. So I took photos in natural light of the wig, my hair, and compared it to the store advert wig colouring. The images showed clear inconsistency of what was advertised and what arrived this is how they responded.

The colour of the wig that I recieved from Freedom Couture is more like Storm from XMen vs the wig colour advertised like Candice Swanepoel.

Ladies… If you are thinking of buying from this store. DONT! You will be wasting your money. I was not asking for a refund. I was asking for them to exchange the wig for the correct shade from what was deliveref to me. I also offered to pay in extra money if required. All I asked for was to correct their mistake. They were not willing to fix their mistake and simply did not care.

This company does not care about their customers or their brand. They really come across as professional pre-sale but their post-sale attitude is where the problem resides. I paid AUS $980 and ranks in the top 5 worst and overpriced buys I have made. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

After one wear my wig is so thin and ratty! Every time I brush it lots of hair comes out! Also can not get the wig to look natural no matter how hard I try! I have tried gluing, wig tape etc but it just looks so fake! I wish I read these reviews before spending lots of money 🙁 I watched LOTS of videos before hand on how to cut the lace and how to wear etc but I still can鈥檛 get it to look good.
