I've been an investor my entire adult life and when young people ask me how to turn out like me, I tell them to watch Phil's videos on YouTube. I don't get paid anything to say that either. He's just the best at teaching this business that way this business should be done.

There is a whole lot online praising this program and rightfully so. One little detail I'd like to add that I haven't heard others talk about is just how well organized it is. I guess its because Phil has an engineering mind? It is so well organized and that makes it so much easier to move forward with it. I'm very happy to have joined and as a detail person myself, I'm impressed with its organization.

What I'm about to share seems to be similar to what so many others have commented. I appreciate their direct honesty. They don't sugar coat it. They tell it like it is. And that is so important to me. I don't need anymore B.S. in my life. This company is all about direct honesty and I love that about them.

Phil, I want to thank you for all your great advice. One thing in particular that has made me a lot of money and helped me live a stress free life is your advice on offering RENT TO OWN. I buy, rehab (using Lowes/Home Depot Credit Cards that offer 6-12 month financing), and offer rent to own contracts for $750-$900 a month for 15 years, Tenant also pays a down payment $5,000-$10,000, and tenant pays taxes, municipal and trash fees. I literally find a buyer in 2-3 days when im finished and have 50+ interested parties. It has changed my life and I can now take half the year off if I want to!

Phil is so pragmatic that there is no way what he teaches don't work. I love his YouTube videos and everything I have tried that he says to do has worked.

Joining this program is at the top of my wish list. I've done so much research on all the different real estate investing programs and this one is by far the best.

I almost never leave reviews, but for Phil, I have to, because he is absolutely brilliant. The knowledge he shares and how he shares it (his teaching style) is excellent. I hope he keeps doing what he is doing for a very long time.

I closed a deal last Friday and the profit was $45,327! I followed the program EXACTLY. I bought that house for $53,000, put about $16,000 into the rehab and sold it for $112,900. It's better than I expected. Oh, and I joined about 5 months ago so it took about 5 months to get to my first deal, in case you were wondering.
