Freewallet is a safe and legit site; I had an issue with moving BTC from an outside wallet directly to a USDT Freewallet – the support team moved swiftly and they refunded me the original amount in BTC in less than a business week.
They were with me all along the way, and I cannot be more appreciative.

I use it since a year. I think it's good.

I was transferring 0.7186 bitcoins from Freewallet to another wallet account which was stopped after a few hours of transaction and after asking the support, they sent me an saying there鈥檚 nothing to worry about and reply 鈥榊es鈥?to this email in order to agree to their "verification" procedure.
Then I answered "yes" to their email… what will happen if i say "no"?

Then I sent them the documents by replying to the same email

And so far they haven't answered me

I have been using Free Wallet wallet for almost two years, I lost my phone twice, so I called for support, and the documents they wanted to send are very difficult to solve.

Good advice to anyone, stay far away from these FreeWallet. All these binary options, trading and cryptocurrency companies are scams, I lost a huge amount of money because they locked me out of my account. Scam. You can deposit XMC but you cannot withdraw them. They are in "upgrade" process for months…
Edit: last XMC transfer to Freewallet was made on february 13, today on may 12 i still can't withdraw my money from them…

It was good at first when I originally signed up but was not able to withdraw my XDN coins when I wanted to sell them when they were worth a lot and are now only worth a little over $2 and still can't withdraw them as they have not updated their wallet system so I pretty much lost a lot of money due to their negligence would not and will not recommend them to anyone other then to stay away!

Even though the KYC took longer than expected, my wallet has been unfrozen and bitcoin released.

The worst . They will simply be of no help even if theyre having trouble. After naming every other possiblities , theyre answer regarding the only pending transaction witb unconfirmed status:
its an error thatneed to be fixed.

I had nearly 1.4 ethereum in my wallet.
First, for no reason they blocked my crypto and then turned my amount to "0"

I used FreeWallet to hold a few dollars worth of a couple cryptocurrencies. When I tried to empty all my Monero (the currency I had the most of) into my personal wallet, it just "disappeared". FreeWallet support swore up and down that it had already been sent, and there was nothing they could do about it. I checked and double checked that all the information I provided was valid, and it was. They refused to provide me with enough transaction information to verify that the transaction actually sent. I ended up just leaving my FreeWallet account and giving up on getting my money back. However, months later, I started getting dozens of "Successful login attempt" emails originating from all over the world. I have a randomly generated 32 character password that I don't use anywhere else, along with 2 factor authentication, which means its extremely unlikely that these logins were actual due to negligence on my part. I've never had any other account be breached like this, so I'm placing the blame on the security of FreeWallet.

If you can, avoid FreeWallet. If you absolutely must use it, make sure you're willing to lose whatever you put in.

This company is 100% SCAM! and stealing ppl hard earned money let me give you my experience i downloaded the app ( much to my skepticism because i only use Coinpayments ( highly recommended) been using it for a few years and my coins are safe…so i downloaded the free wallet bcn coin wallet transfer 20 bcn two weeks ago find it went through after the second transaction my account was locked ( not by my doing off course) when i tried to login it said error please try again later not being a newbie to crypto and wallets i knew right away i made the worst mistake trusting my hard earned coins in this FAKE WALLET!!! these ppl are thieves! and please don't respond by saying go to blah blah blah website link to correct this problem when you fully know it is B.S information when you are stealing ppl MONEY!! DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP i lost 40 BCN coins!

Exchange in the web is scam i think because it refreshes everytime and my payment is gone

I had to wait two days for an issue with my code. When I explained the situation to them, they resolved it immediately and let me know that. When I went onto my account it was fine.

So pleased, and happy in knowing that I can use the account.
I try my best to not get annoyed if I have to wait as crypto I have seen just in the last week has created many scammers and this has my attention to make sure it doesn't happen to me.

Used fine for 4 transactions. This time when I tried to withdraw my BTC I didn't receive the confirmation email needed to release funds. Tried several times then spent the entire day emailing back & forth for them to tell me to check my spam (in 3 separate responses minimum, probably 5) then it was it's Yahoo's fault, despite no previous problems with this same email address, & despite the fact we were using the same email for their tech support & that was working fine. I ended up having to create a new gmail email for them to swap my account security to. After doing that to humour them I STILL couldn't get a confirmation email to withdraw my funds to the gmail account. Their response? We sent the emails, can see them this end, it's Yahoo's fault, take it up with them and washed his hands of me. It's a gmail addy that's not working either. Disgusting. Dont know how I'm going to get my funds back. Avoid like the plague. Think they're withholding deposits and trading with them for profit before releasing maybe? No idea why otherwise I've been given the run around on a day from hell, explained my electric wheelchair broken and family members critically ill & they just don't care. Still made me wait an hour or 2 between emails just to tell me to check my bloody spam folder again. Sending robotic responses that would drive a saint mad. Beyond infuriating.

EDIT REPLY: AS ADVISED ABOVE THE EMAIL WAS CHANGED TO A GMAIL ACCOUNT EVENTUALLY, BUT THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION STILL WONT COME THROUGH. IVE TRIED TO SEND MY FUNDS SEVERAL TIMES AND NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL AGAIN. NOW IM BEING IGNORED ON THE SUPPORT EMAIL. IT SEEMS CHANGING THE EMAIL JUST KEEPS GETTING REPEATED DESPITE THE FACT ITS ALTEADY BEEN CHANGED!

I use the wallet as it associated with a mining pool, but it will be high on my list, as it has quick responding network, great customer support and a user friendly android application.
Keep in mind that they will help you as fast as you are able to help them with information about your problem…
