Do NOT shop with these jokers! I ordered thinking it was from the USA… but apparently their office is now closed so everything comes from China!
It鈥檚 cheap material and although I ordered a size too big, it was too small!
This company should be shut down! Now I have to pay to return it from the Uk to China!!

This stuff comes from China (like everything) but when it's the wrong size, you have to return It to China to get a refund or an exchange. Trying returning something to China. It'll cost you 10 times what to you paid for it to ship it back.

Total scam. I ordered $135 worth of things in August. They sent me one item in a size I didn't order and haven't sent me any of my other items.

I ordered bath shampoo for my frenchie in February 2020. Hadn't received it by May. Emailed FRENCHIE WORLD and was told my order was lost and I'd be refunded within 10 days by "Annie". I didn't receive what I ordered or my refund by June. I emailed again and "Annie" told me that I should have been refunded and she'd get back to me. Since then I've emailed and called with no response, merchandise, or refund. This company is horrible and they steal by taking your money and not giving you what you ordered. There's no follow up or customer service to address these issues.

Giving one star is even giving them too much! I measured my Frenchie, went according to there measurements, ordered a jacket and it came and was so very tiny! I asked to exchange it or return my item and they said they do not do that?? Who orders and has no recourse if an item doesn't fit properly and it's according to "their" measurements on their site! Completely unacceptable that has got to be the worst customer service I have ever come across in doing business all these years! I will never order anything from them again and the item was not cheap! Completely unprofessional, to not give a customer any type of a reimbursement or an option, they should not even be in business! So very disappointing!!!

Back in March/2020 I put my name in for a french bulldog puppy. At the same time, I ordered a Dog Carrier Chest Pack and a Yoga T-Shirt. I still have not received either one of these products. After several emails to a girl named Anna, she assured me these items would be sent immediately. That was back in April. I still have not received either one of these items. Annie promised me a refund which I still have not received. This company, Frenchie World is a scam company. And with the experience I have had, I recommend that you don't consider purchasing anything from this company. They are scam artists, in the true sense of the word. Pam Whaley

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered a $100 worth of products and never received anything. I kept being told everything was fine and to give it a couple more days. After 3 months I asked for a refund. Now it鈥檚 been another 2 months and no refund!! SCAM!!!

Do not order from this site. All orders ship from China and will take a long time to get to you.

I found the perfect raincoat for my French bulldog and because he鈥檚 smaller than most I ordered the wrong size.
Seeing that I was reordering a larger size, 鈥渢hey鈥?emailed me right away to say that I could have the new one free of charge!?! WHAT??? Are you kidding???
I hate to return things so will donate my too small one to a friend with a small dog. 馃槉

Ordered a harness February 2020 and still have not received it. Emailed them four times asking where it is and every time I got 鈥?lost in shipping 鈥?finally told them to give me a refund and crickets. This website and the 鈥渙wner鈥?Annie are a complete scam. Don鈥檛 not buy form here.

Frenchie shop is an absolute scam, once I visited the site I was impressed by the look of quality accessories and garments for French Bulldogs, let me stop you there, I waited over a month for the delivery only to receive a load of crappy quality products that were made in China!!
I was under the impression that this was an American site, but when I received the goods then went to return them via registered post I discovered that returns were to be forwarded to China, I am still awaiting over 2 months for a refund.
My advice, stay well clear!!!

Scam site, they will not ship your items!!! Ordered 8/22/2020 and still have not received anything. Annie is obviously a bot that just replies canned responses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!

Oh, the infamous Annie. They're good at looking legit and replying for awhile and keeping you on the hook. By the time I realized they were fraudulent, the dispute timeline with mastercard was almost up. I'm just now working on recovering the $200 they stole (plus interest) as a struggling student. Frenchie World is created by scammers – stay far away from this fraud scheme!!!!

Ordered a frenchie backpack in June. 6 weeks later I emailed where it was; 'Only a few days left'. 2 weeks later I asked where it was; 'They lost it and will send a new one'. Now it's october and still haven't received it. Going through paypal refund to get my money back. don't buy from them.

The order still has not shipped after 10 days. Too long… Tracking look up only show label created… very disappointing.
