Atrocious customer service; Unreliable and non-communicative. I left 5 messages before I was told I would get a response the next morning. I never heard that morning, so I had to reach out 6th time. I had returned two items because they did not fit. The items were described on the website to fit a frenchie under 30#. They are way too small and both of my frenchies are well under 30#. No thanks to the company, I was influenced to purchase the wrong size. Additionally, the items are apparently lost by USPS but the company refuses to issue me a refund to do the right thing and effect good customer service. I will never trust this company again. BUYER BEWARE!

Awful customer service and terrible return policy- which is never honored. There are much better companies with better products for frenchies. DO NOT USE this company

I spent a long time researching harnesses for my French Bulldog. Since most dogs aren't built like potatoes, it's hard to find a product that is wide enough on their thick necks, but still the right size and proportion for the rest of their bodies.

After extensive research, I decided to give Frenchiestore's harness a try since it's made specifically for the breed. Sure enough, the large harness was a PERFECT fit for our 24lb Frenchie! It's also easy to get on and off, unlike other brands we've tried. The material is flexible and thin enough to be enjoyable on walks, car rides, etc. The colors are so vibrant and beautiful, but they do fade as it gets dirty. After a quick wash It looks brand new again and the colors come back nice and vibrant.

We now own 2 harnesses from Frenchiestore, and the cutest onesie pajamas made of organic cotton. The onesie comes in 2 sizes- Large (15 – 32lbs) and XL (32lb +). We ordered the large for our 24lb furbaby, and at first I thought it was too small which didn't make sense according to their sizing guide. I emailed Frenchiestore about this and they were quick to respond and instruct me to put his front legs in the holes FIRST before pulling the rest on his back. This did the trick, and it's a perfect cozy fit!

We'll definitely continue purchasing products from Frenchiestore, especially the cute holiday/season themed harnesses!! 🙂
