This website is basically run by two guys from England who dropship all their products from China. Nothing bad with this per se, but they led me to believe that once the cash hits their account they honestly don't care if you're happy or not.
I ordered a couch cover on Nov 25th and it was supposed to arrive in 8-10 days. The cover arrived close to Christmas and it was way too small (I measured the couch beforehand just to be sure). I asked them for a refund since the order was late and inadequate and they pointed me to their refund policy. Now, I don't know who gave them the idea that businesses in this world can just make up rules they like and live by them because their refund policy stated that you need to pay for full shipping back to China and in case anything went wrong, they can just refuse it later and keep the product. I told them this is a "breach of contract" in US laws and I will have to involve my credit card company if they don't issue a refund. I had proof that the product is not right, that it arrived late and I was more than happy to return their product to China if they paid for postage. The response from them was something like "threatening us with your bank doesn't change our refund policy".
After disputing with my bank, providing full proof and waiting about a month more, I got my money back and hopefully they got a hefty chargeback fee. Please know: If you get scammed, you can do chargebacks with your credit card, that worked for me. Moreover, the "refund policy" is void if they break their side of the deal, don't get intimidated by that. Companies don't make laws they like and live by them although that's what they want you to believe.

SCAM! SCAM! Google FridayTrend.com, Murray Wallis, Couch Cover and you will find numerous reports of their sleazy business practices. It appears that they started this up in November and I hope my post here and elsewhere helps someone else not be scammed and ripped off!

Placed an order for a sofa cover, and literally took the slow boat from China… over 30 days to be delivered via freight company to California then relabeled and delivered via USPS. Opened with anticipation of seeing a light grey cover with a white pattern and instead found a grey cover with a bright purple pattern. Website photo looks nothing like the actual product.
Immediately contacted for return, attached photos, took days to respond to my multiple emails, only to be sent a link to their return policy, which contains contradictory statements:
1) Sale items are not returnable
2) Need to send item from the USA to the UK and pay shipping
3) They would inspect and evaluate the items and if approved deduct the "shipping charge" (so much for free shipping) from my credit
Bottom line: I'm stuck with a misrepresented product and out $50.
I strongly suggest you ignore their facebook ads and (probably fake) reviews and look to a local brick & mortar store.

UPDATE: Since this review I have been contacted by someone who says he is the owner of the company. They finally provided tracking details and say they will extend their 30 day return policy to begin from the date of shipping. That was 9 days ago and I'm still waiting for my order. I originally placed this order almost 4 weeks ago. Thankfully they have attempted to make good, but these delivery times are unacceptable. I maintain my dissatisfaction with this company as a whole and will not be doing business with them again.
