The most unprofessional company I have ordered from in terms of timeliness of delivery, communication, and transparency. I ordered a couch cover well over 2 months ago with the understating that shipping could take longer due to COVID. 2.5 months later still no product in hand. I鈥檝e emailed them 3 times throughout this process, each time they have told me 鈥渨e just received notification that your product is on the way鈥?with no proof show that it is actually on the way. They have ignored my request for a refund and have offered no type of reimbursement/credit for this mess.

I ordered a couch cover and instead was sent two pillowcases that took a month to arrive – refunds have to be within 30 days. Clearly this was a deliberate scam.

Great addition to our living room! We have 2 dogs and they are great with the dog hair, and the fact they are machine washable is amazing with 5 children in the house! Loving these so far!

Definitely avoid!

This website is basically run by two guys from England who dropship all their products from China. Nothing bad with this per se, but they led me to believe that once the cash hits their account they honestly don't care if you're happy or not.

I ordered a couch cover on Nov 25th and it was supposed to arrive in 8-10 days. The cover arrived close to Christmas and it was way too small (I measured the couch beforehand just to be sure). I asked them for a refund since the order was late and inadequate and they pointed me to their refund policy. Now, I don't know who gave them the idea that businesses in this world can just make up rules they like and live by them because their refund policy stated that you need to pay for full shipping back to China and in case anything went wrong, they can just refuse it later and keep the product. I told them this is a "breach of contract" in US laws and I will have to involve my credit card company if they don't issue a refund. I had proof that the product is not right, that it arrived late and I was more than happy to return their product to China if they paid for postage. The response from them was something like "threatening us with your bank doesn't change our refund policy".

After disputing with my bank, providing full proof and waiting about a month more, I got my money back and hopefully they got a hefty chargeback fee. Please know: If you get scammed, you can do chargebacks with your credit card, that worked for me. Moreover, the "refund policy" is void if they break their side of the deal, don't get intimidated by that. Companies don't make laws they like and live by them although that's what they want you to believe.

I received a sofa cover 6 weeks after purchasing. Quality is very poor and misrepresented. I can't return the item since it's 30 days past purchasing date. There was no shipment tracking number provided. Communication is bed. No contact phone number. Communicating via email is worthless. I consider this a SCAM.

Purchased couch cover from them. Doesn鈥檛 fit as advertised, and is poorly made of cheap material. They won鈥檛 honor the return because it was more than 30 days from purchase (it took 45 days to arrive). They also want me to pay shipping to the UK for this item. I鈥檓 out 50 bucks, looks like I鈥檓 going to have to dispute with my credit card company.

As others have mentioned, David and Murray are scammers. I made my order on 21 Nov and to this date nothing has arrived. Their tracking n潞 is BS, in theory the package has "arrived" but that's not the case. Beware

Same story on the couch cover. I ordered early November. Promised delivery in 2 weeks. Murray Wallis and David are the scammers behind the email [email protected] After numerous promises of sending a tracking number (never got one) and promises of paying for return of the item, it arrived more than a month after the order. I disputed the purchase with Chase. Chase took it off my bill. Murray reneged on the offer to pay for the return. I checked on cost – it would cost double the $42 cover to ship it back to UK. David said to keep the item no charge since they didn't want to pay $80 to return it either. But they resubmitted the charge and as I have the item, Chase is charging me for a miserable excuse for a couch cover. It is not at all what was promised and I no longer need it.

SCAM! SCAM! Google FridayTrend.com, Murray Wallis, Couch Cover and you will find numerous reports of their sleazy business practices. It appears that they started this up in November and I hope my post here and elsewhere helps someone else not be scammed and ripped off!

Buyer Beware with capital letters!!!

Placed an order for a sofa cover, and literally took the slow boat from China… over 30 days to be delivered via freight company to California then relabeled and delivered via USPS. Opened with anticipation of seeing a light grey cover with a white pattern and instead found a grey cover with a bright purple pattern. Website photo looks nothing like the actual product.

Immediately contacted for return, attached photos, took days to respond to my multiple emails, only to be sent a link to their return policy, which contains contradictory statements:
1) Sale items are not returnable
2) Need to send item from the USA to the UK and pay shipping
3) They would inspect and evaluate the items and if approved deduct the "shipping charge" (so much for free shipping) from my credit

Bottom line: I'm stuck with a misrepresented product and out $50.
I strongly suggest you ignore their facebook ads and (probably fake) reviews and look to a local brick & mortar store.

I ordered a couch cover from Fridaytrend.com a couple weeks ago for $49. I would love to be able to comment on the couch cover itself. However, I haven't received it. I've attempted to get the whereabouts of my order, to no avail. All I'm told is shipping can take up to 14 days, but I ordered 16 days ago and never received any shipping notification. I've asked for a refund a few times now, since the order never arrived but they have refused. Highly disappointed with the lack of communication on shipping details.

UPDATE: Since this review I have been contacted by someone who says he is the owner of the company. They finally provided tracking details and say they will extend their 30 day return policy to begin from the date of shipping. That was 9 days ago and I'm still waiting for my order. I originally placed this order almost 4 weeks ago. Thankfully they have attempted to make good, but these delivery times are unacceptable. I maintain my dissatisfaction with this company as a whole and will not be doing business with them again.
