Never will I fly Frontier Airlines again!
The ONLY reason that I'm giving Frontier 3 stars is because ultimately they did what I paid them to do and that is too get me to and from my destinations. With that being said… I will never fly Frontier Airlines again. I must be honest and say that I hadn't flown anywhere up until recently in about roughly 10 yrs or so.
Maybe all airlines are the same now but I was very shocked to learn that you have to literally pay for EVERYTHING during your flight! I didn't receive a single soda or a tiny pack of pretzels for free. IDK if I'm just an old school flyer and this is how all airlines are now or if it's just Frontier but I was incredibly dissatisfied! Also their was no movie to purchase and be able to watch during the flight which was incredibly disappointing and made for an incredibly boring flight! Never again!

When it comes to low cost airlines we are all very afraid! I have not had any problems with this Airlines since I started flying them over a year ago. It started with a long distance separation between my boyfriend and I and frontier has made it easy for us to stay connected. The flights are very affordable and family friendly and I've had little to no cancellations or problems with them in the last year. Recommend giving them a try!

I used to use them exclusively to fly to visit my son and his family about twice a year. Suddenly, I couldn't book a flight any more. It wasn't just that the flights suddenly doubled in price, but there was literally ZERO flights from ANYWHERE in Texas directly to Atlanta anymore. Not from San Antonio, not from Houston, not from Austin – NONE. Every flight out of Texas routed through either Denver or Las Vegas….and you had to wait overnight. So my regular 3 hour trip was now taking 24 hours – and costing me double to bring my dogs with me……plus the cost of a MOTEL for a night (AND a taxi back and forth). Will NEVER fly with them again.

I have been trying to book flights using my 90,000 Frontier miles for 3 years now. They force you to wait for 6 up to 16 hours in Denver before connecting to a second flight from PDX. Their miles expire in 6 months, which is ridiculous. Even if you spend miles, it doesn't count against the 6 months; you have to EARN miles. This is the dumbest FF program I have ever seen. In addition, they mostly charge 20,000 miles each way, so it's a lousy bargain as well. These idiots have managed to be worse than Spirit Air, which is competing for the worst of the worst, they just can't match Frontier for STUPID.
