Phone call was answered straightaway. Goods were instock and although we're not ordered until the afternoon I was told goods would not be sent until the next day on a 24 hour delivery, in fact the goods arrived next day. I'm so pleased with the service and quality of goods from Frosts that I've persuaded other firms to start trading with them.

Frost restoration has some great products but you never know whether its been despatched or not. The first sign my parcel had been sent was wwhen the delivery driver was walki ng up the drive with it. I find their prices excessive for the items i had (拢6.25). you can get free delivery if you spend 拢80! (still way to high) and this reflects exactly what i buy off them.

Be careful that you know what you are ordering, a photo of five items may not represent the actual sale item, and you find out that only one is delivered, and although correct , it is misleading.

Received a text from parcelforce informing me my parcel was 90 minutes from delivery. 3 days later, nothing. E-mailed customer services at Frost twice, but no reply. Parcel arrived 9 days after the text. poor delivery, time, duration, and communication.

I had made an order and, after delivery, emailed about an item which was out of stock. As a result of the quick response I was able to make a substitute replacement order and it arrived promptly.

I wanted to order a painting kit to overhaul my brake calipers,I like POR-15 and Frost is about the only place I know I can get it. The web site said it was in stock and ready for delivery so I ordered it. I had a look for some other goodies and found a picture of six Nylon Cup Wheel brushes. Obviously three we fine and three were coarse so I ordered the three fine ones and the order read "Fine Abrasive Nylon Cup Wheel Brushes". This was OK for 拢9.17. I also ordered a 14 piece Air Blow Gun Kit.
I got an email, from Frost, the caliper kit is not in stock, the paint comes from the USA and would be 6-8 weeks. I replied that this was OK and I received the order pretty quickly. There were not three brushes but only one even though my order read 'brushes'. The air blow gun was a single item, not a kit and I already have one of those. I have exchanged emails with Frost and I will be sending the blow gun back, the 14 piece one on the web site is not available. They have not mentioned the nylon brush error. Did I mention that the web site does not make clear that the prices are exclusive of VAT which is added on the checkout page in addition to VAT on the P&P cost?
I have ordered stuff from Frost before without problems but this latest adventure has left me a bit disappointed and not impressed with Frost as a company. Their customer service is OK but the web site needs sorting.

Their ordering system had crashed which resulted in me (and apparently many others) losing their orders. Once we phoned up to enquire where it had gone they realised and sent item out next day at Frosts cost.. unfortunately the item I ordered was then out of stock but a substitute item was sent, apparently it is a better product and more expensive but the cost again was taken by Frost. Item was actually a lot better than the one we ordered so fair play to Frost and a quick turn around once they knew my order was missing so only a slight bump in the process. I am a repeat customer and our company (and previous company) have order many times and shall continue to do so.

I've been to frosts a few times when passing, they always have the stock in and available. This time I used their mail order service, it was easy, fast and cheaper than anywhere else. You get quality products at near trade price, you cannot beat this service.

Product and service excellent but I thought the pp charges higher than they should be. Will probably use in future but only for a product I cannot obtain locally. Very impressed with the range of "hard to find" products available.
