Bought a few items of clothing which were perfect. Delivered quickly. Was charged for customs duty but this was quickly resolved by Sorrell in Fruggo customer services. Very quick and efficient service. Can recommend and will use again.

Internet Scam!!!!
Fast card charging but without any kind of delivery. They charge, and after that they send the responsibility to third party companies that you've never heard about, from countries where you're not buying from.
In the end all you get is a maze of auto e-mails and your bank account charged by them.

non-responsive Customer service. Bought a machine and it broke after two use only. within two weeks of purchasing. A month now trying to solve this and no answer from the customer service. I am escalating this all the way. you simply can't do this. be aware!

Most likely a scam. Ordered from another site entirely (cosmeticmegastore.com), order hasn't turned up and now I'm being told to log into an account on this website just to contact customer services. This site says "If your enquiry is relating to a specific order you have made, please can we ask that you contact the retailer who processed your order directly to ensure a quick response." So seems there's no-one to contact as you're just passed between the two websites.

Worst online shopping experience ever! I have ordered a pair of Steven Madden鈥檚 shoes over 2 months ago and never got it! I had contacted Fruggo costumer service and at the beginning they seemed to be very willing to sort out this issue. They had contacted the courier to check about it and it turned out that the courier, which was from Fedex, had delivered my parcel to a wrong address and they even sent a proof of that. I was then contacted by Rafaella, from Fruggo, who wrote to me saying that the courier had opened a procedure to sort everything asap. Talked to her last week and she said they couldn鈥檛 do anything to rush things as it didn鈥檛 depend on him! Well it didn鈥檛 depend on me either. Im the one who鈥檚 losing something in it. My money and patience. Then today I was so fed up of this waiting, I wrote to them again ask for my refund as I don鈥檛 even feel like waiting for these shoes anymore and they write me back saying they have delivered to the correct address and then they have proof of that. Oh well, why I would waste my time fighting for this if I have had the shoes with me?
Guys , make sure to never buy anything from this website! I ll make sure to spread the word! And I will make everything possible to have my money back! Shame on them! Should have done that a while ago! And they said they are at my disposal. What a joke!

Worst company ever
I ordered almost 2 to 3 months ago and when I contacted them they told to contact the seller then the seller told me its on the way Asked him to give tracking number or something he did not reply
I have never ordered something and shipping took more than 3 weeks !!

I ordered from my local site (fruggo.be) but the product comes from China (in my case). Should i know the foundation would be coming from China i would have not ordered it. Additionally, i had to pay 36eur on taxes to the post to receive the parcel. Very badly handled. No indication that we still have to pay taxes or where the products are coming. Will not buy anything in this platform again and will not recommend to my friends.

I purchased a Wahl hair clipper with order number 14139221 in March, the purchase was confirmed and a shipping date of 31st of March and Arrival from the 7th of April to 20th of April Was given, till now in June I have not got my order. They are unreachable, not by email, all their lead is like going around a circle. It鈥檚 a big shame! I鈥檓 a first time buyer and It鈥檚 a horrible experience

I ordered 1 hair cut about CHF 180 from Switzerland, i don t received any e mail confirmation and no GOODS !!! The helpdesk dont exist, and i paid with my mastercard. I want a refund immediatly.

I bought pet meds mostly from this site. 1 package came was to be 12 doses of stronghold which is 2 6packs. I received 2 3packs of stronghold puppy which is 6 doses, only half my package came. I made enquires with no response. So I contacted fruugo and I got a refund for what I didn鈥檛 receive. My other meds came with time, took like a month. But with what vets want for meds today this is cheapest and no extra cost for office visit needed. Better tracking would be great but the customer service from fruugo was a good experience. Will continue to use this site. Be sure to contact fruugo if no response from provider.

Company FRUUGO advertising on Facebook is fraud! I ordered 3 cosmetics for 64$! It never arrived! No customer service and their FB page is full of same messages of clients never getting their purchased goods! My Order nr. 14539288

Absolutely terrible! Used this site to order a hair product that was supposed to arrive this week. I contacted Fruggo several times, no response and so I immediately asked for a refund. Strangely within hours they confirmed the refund and said they were 鈥榬ecalling the product鈥? Absolute rubbish – the retailer clearly never had the product in the first place!

Grandad . I have emailed this company several times asking where the item is and they are just responded with the same email and not looking into. I鈥檝e give up trying to find out where the item is. Taking people money and not giving them the item they ordered.

Best to avoid.

I ordered a product. Came damaged and took for weeks to get a response let alone get a refund or a replacement. Even contacted Fruggo and they had difficulty doing anything about it and then blamed it on the lock down. Not worth the hassle. Eventually they gave me a refund, no response to any of my messages or emails.

I placed an order and given 2-3 weeks time to deliver which was acceptable to me. To my pleasant surprise, I got a message of dispatch from the supplier the same I had placed the order. The order didn't arrive on time and I contacted the customer service at Fruggo. They wrote back to me instantly (customer service officer: Nicole) and she prompted me that the order is ready for collection at the counter and also have sent me the location of the post office.

I collected the order next day with minimal efforts. But I am thankful to the efficient service of Fruggo / Nicole at Fruggo who was prompt and had the actual acknowledge of the package and was able to respond to my message promptly. Thanks

Unfortunately an on-going terrible service. Incorrect boots arrived (late, despite paying express delivery) I promptly returned yet still not received my 拢252 refund. No phone number, and no way of contacting the end supplier (if they even exist!) Now having to raise a dispute via Paypal to try and get the funds back. An expensive and apalling experience all round

I really should have read the reviews online first. I placed an order two weeks ago with them. I received a confirmation email to say my order has been confirmed with the retailer and that's it. Be warned you cannot contact the company and they do not take ownership regarding orders placed with them. They refer you to the retailer with an automated message when you send their so called customer care team an email. I have facebook messaged them and received no response. I have placed a query on their website after creating an account with my order number and again no response. My order number is 12057272 and i have had no contact from them and no idea when my order is likely to arrive. I will be taking this further

My order has still not arrived six weeks after ordering despite supposedly being shipped four weeks ago. I have sent two messages via the Fruugo website with no reply. I would not use this company again. I suspect I have lost my money.

bought goods, got a dispatched email next day, waited about 3 weeks and when good still hadnt come i rang, they had no clue what happened to order and promised a refund, i havent checked bank yet to see did they, not a good experience, wont use again. lady was nice and apologetic on phone.
