I had ordered a stigma brush, and accidentally order 2, however they were sold out. I contacted them via email explaining my problems, I got a very quick and pleasant response back. unfortunately, they did not have the brushes in stock but substituted it with a Belgium bamboo brush that was very similar to the stigma brush for freeeeee yes guys for FREE. All because they were sold out of the brush I had paid for. most companies would give you a refund, but they went out of their way to send me another brush that is similar. I was very satisfied and I will definitely be back for more thank you FTB.

Easy site to manoeuvre to order, a lot of products that I wanted were sold out. The shipping email came quickly.

I ordered on Saturday and it was at my house Monday, great service!

I had purchased first time and actually I was waiting for LA Girl pro consealer and as soon as they got back in stock they sent me an email and I ordered them all I need and shipping was free when you spend $50 and the most important I like there shipping service. I got them within two days ?鉂わ笍 I will definitely buy more stuff in the future. And I think if they can bring morphe brand brushes that would be great.

I ordered several lipsticks, nail polish and a couple other things shipping was super fast and products are great and so are the prices.

I was sooo happy to find a Canadian website that offers brands of makeup that are not easily accessible to the Canadian consumer. Without the hassle of having to convert each item from USD to CAD and on top of that to get free shipping if you spend more than $50 – which might I add was super fast! – made this shopping experience a breeze!

The only downfall is, there were a number of items that I added in my shopping cart that were unavailable. I signed up to get notified once they were back in stock and I got one of those items I was waiting for. Just waiting on like 10 more! haha.

But I highly recommend this place! I'm a makeup addict, and I've just found my ecstasy!

I ordered 3 nyx matte lip creams, 3 LA girl lip paints and the BH cosmetics conceal and contour palette. The nyx lip creams are incredible. They have an absolutely intense and at the same damn time, subtle colour with a soft matte feel and look. I definitely have to order more! The shipping was super quick. I am very happy with my order.
