I have transacted through this simple-to-use service many times. Exchange rates have always been better than my online bank (though the differential is narrowing) and remittances could not be faster.

Great Service, every time

The service is great, although didn't need to speak to anyone as I have an existing account.

The rates are better than I could find anywhere else.

At my end at least, the website is a bit clunky especially 'secure my rate' and onwards. Might be worth a redesign once logged in.

Otherwise all good, have recommended to people already having used FTT for the past 6 years.

As usual, helpful, slick, courteous, efficient, and a good rate as well.

It's great to be able to simply buy currency online but there is always a person at the end of the phone if you need help.
