They have always provided the best service for me for the past 4 years that I have been a customer for. Their prices are incredible and I love it! I had a few issues back about 6 months ago and the Tech was very helpful.

Ugh. What app doesn't let you do picture in picture now days? So. Everytime I need to check an email or message, etc the app shuts down, then when I try & resume where I left off.. The app spins & spins, so I close it out, then.. I have to search for the program that I was just watching (there is no "resume viewing" on the dash board)
THEN it takes a few minutes before the program is of viewing quality (I have HD, but this doesn't).
I'm not going to sign up for a paid subscription. There are much better apps at a much cheaper price

Carmello did a great job helping to fix a really odd problem. We worked through troubleshooting steps until he found that my ISP router had an app on it that was blocking Fubo. Took about an hour, but he didn't give up. Good personality and easy to talk to throughout. Great job!

We switched to fuboTV because we wanted to have our local fox channel for sports but within just days fuboTV sent out a message saying they no longer offered the local fox channel.

I couldn't get threw one program without it stopping and going back and staring to restreaming after the 3rd time I gave up and canceled. for the price I want to watch a program.

Fubo is great. I watch the 90% of my soccer on here. I lost my job so, i had to cancel my subscription until i can afford it again. Not, i will be back on as soon as i can.

What they say they offer they actually don't. Channels don't work and when you try to correct it they can't. I signed up to be able to watch a sporting event the night I signed up. Fubo couldn't get it working for me so I didn't get to use their program to watch. They didn't cancel me like they said they would. They charge you 59.99 and WILL NOT FOR ANY REASON give you a refund even though THEY don't offer the service they advertise. Don't trust the "try" it you will get charged and there is NO getting it back.

I tried the free trail because I wanted a place to watch La Liga, I signed 15.99$ it has only got 3 bein sport channels and 5 garbage channels that i do not want. The Laliga game I wanted to watch was not on the three channels I superscribed. I found them like the other Canadian monopoly. I now subscribed the bein spport on Roku for 14.99$ got all the bein sport channels.

I called Fubo today after activating an account on Ruko, only to find out that when you add Fubo through Ruko it is different from Fubo that is downloaded from the site has and it has different prices plus there are no add on channels. I had to cancel my Ruko, Fubo and tried to down load it on my LG TV. I specifically asked the Fubo rep today if I was going to be able to watch Fubo on my LG TV and he said yes, well he was wrong and I feel I was misled. I cant download the app at all, I am having to go through the browser to watch it, my remote will not even work properly. The reason I wanted Fubo and went through all of the trouble was so we could watch INSP. Is there an easier way to watch Fubo on my LG smart TV? If not we will have to cancel this subscription also. Help!

Umer is the absolute best call service representative!! It was extremely patient and very helpful. Without a doubt he needs a raise and a promotion. I鈥檒l definitely continue streaming with fubo due to his excellent customer service!

Zohaib has the best customer relations I have ever experienced. He was polite, professional and assured me he would stay on the phone until I was completely satisfied. We had to switch from PlayStation Vue and had a few glitches before I could get Fubo to operate on our smart TV. It was important as we are sports people and needed to be able to watch the super bowl.

Thank you, for having a live party answer, thank you for no long phone trees, thank you for being available. I hope our relationship in a long one. 🙂

We were charged $59.99 even though the service was never used (I asked everyone in my household) and yet they say it was "a lot of useage" but no proof or specifics.

Honest experience is that it was the best technical issue call I鈥檝e ever had, in my life! Ash was hands down the reason for the great experience. He helped take care of my issue first. Was a great listener and clearly knows FUBO. He was a ninja, he is Mr. FUBO, and I call him the GOAT(Greatest Of All Time)!!
I was also able to get a few questions answered and then was expressing my concern over a specific function of FUBO that I didn鈥檛 like. Ash was able to show me how to properly work with the FUBO app and all of the features I didn鈥檛 realize existed. My concern quickly turned to excitement when Ash gave me proper education and a grand tour of the palace of FUBO!

We were going to close our account and keep our normal Spectrum cable until my call with Ash.

I didn鈥檛 ask this in our call, but I will need to find out when we will get ABC which is a major local network for us. That is my last concern! If I can get that answer and know when ABC will be offered, as long as it鈥檚 sooner than later, I will immediately cancel my other cable and become a loyal FUBO customer.

None of this positive change would have been possible if I wouldn鈥檛 have spoken with Ash, the GOAT!
