Extremely disappointed due to flooding caused by the 'work' done by Michael – a simple damp problem turned into 拢6k of work on 2 different visits, after which we had a horrible flood when we had a new born baby: first time we were not impressed spendng 拢3k for a cupboard that he said was the cause of our issue, then 3 months later he 'discovered' damp in the adjacent room so paid 拢3k to finally fix it – but now we have a huge flood only 3 months after with our house stinking of stagnant water now the baby is born!! I contacted Michael straight away about the issue who asked me to send photos, since he saw the horrific truth of the flood, over 4 weeks ago, he's ignored numerous messages and calls I made pleading to fix his mistakes or at least refund us so a professional could take action; cowboy behaviour and deplorable when he knows we have a baby at risk. We are looking at taking legal action given the huge amount of money paid and I wouldn't want any other family to suffer the horror we've been through.
