Delivery estimates are a month or so, nothing arrived. Trust pilot also says its a scam or sends fakes.

I made a order over a month ago and still not received it and there no phone number just a email address and they aren鈥檛 responding.

Very poor, no replies to my emails and perfume never arrived.

the order dosent come until a whole month

Ordered some perfume over 拢62 …received an email which looked like a genuine receipt two month later still no perfume… I鈥檝e left emails asking and no responses whatsoever……I鈥檓 gutted it was my birthday present…….is this fumeso a scam? Avoid at all cost people…..didn鈥檛 pay through PayPal can鈥檛 get my money back either……

100% SCAM!!! I ordered a bottle of perfume and when it came, the box was how it should've been although the bottle was totally different to the original. Also it smelt nothing like it should…when I contacted them they were abusive! They then had my review removed for writing a negative one! Always read the reviews first!

I ordered from Fumeso without seeing these reviews otherwise I would never have used them. My perfume arrived after 3 weeks. The bottle top was damaged and the metallic paint was flaking away. And the actual perfume didn鈥檛 smell right!
No delivery note and no returns instructions
Their response to my request for a returns postage label was an email telling me I鈥檇 been abusive!!
I will obviously not be purchasing anything from them again

I purchased a product I am very familiar with and have used for a long time, Sauvage by Christian Dior. The bottle I received from Fumeso was faulty, the magnetic cap wasn't magnetised and the scent was extremely weak, in fact it was hard to get a scent from it. I wouldn't buy from them again.

If I could give a – rating I would, the product received was in completely different packaging and bottle to that I bought in store and did not smell anything like it. When I made enquires about returns I received a very rude reply and have had silence ever since. No replies to my emails and enquires regarding returning the item. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered one week before Christmas said it would be here with in 2 weeks then got an email saying it would be 17th of January haven鈥檛 received it yet (27th January) I emailed them asking when it would be delivered for them to cancel my order and tell me they would refund me within five days do not order from this company what a joke ?

I bought Sauvage Eau d'Parfum for part of my husband's Christmas gift. Item arrived well before 25th Dec & I wrapped it up. I had no reason to believe at that time that the item wasn't as stated on the website as it was packaged correctly as well as wrapped in celophane. So when my husband opened his gift & sprayed it, the smell instantly disappereard & when he looked on the back of the bottle it had printed on it ' not for sale, display only'
I was so disappointed as it cost just shy of 拢50 so I contacted Fumesco. They said I could send it back for a refund but at a cost to me initially. After checking out the company Fumesco said they use for overseas postage, as well as looking at other postage companies from the UK, they all stated that perfumes can not be accepted into Bulgaria.. At 拢17 for postage I'm afraid I wasn't willing to pay it & then possibly having the item not arrive through customs. I'm sure my refund wouldn't have been forthcoming. Consequently I cut my losses & for me, 'it's once bitten twice shy'!! Never again will I buy online again. Very Upset.

Purchased a perfume from this site and arrived quickly. However, the perfume had little to no smell.

The order arrived two days in late, but it's ok because I've saved more than 170鈧?on it! I've bought a perfume which costs 295鈧?in ordinary shops for just 120鈧? Unbelievable! Great transaction and great prices. Thanks Fumeso!!!!

very poor quality perfume, avoid

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I have never, ever dealt with such an unprofessional company before. Website said 7-14 days. I e-mailed after the time had passed and said where is the order; I was told it is 30 days in their T&C.

The e-mail I got back was horrific: an unprofessional tone saying I was abusive, threatening and accusatory because I said I would contact my bank if I did not get a refund. I was polite but firm as it looked worrying when my order number came up with nothing (their website is unreliable and poor – technical issues).

The hilarity was they complained about me 鈥渁ccusing them鈥?(I hadn鈥檛 – I only enquired where my order was) and yet they were ironically accusing me of being abusive etc! I got a refund in the end. Poor reviews all over the internet say it all. What鈥檚 even more telling is they are trying to block all negative reviews on here, so if they do the same with this they鈥檙e showing their true colours. They just keep putting these reviews as 鈥渁busive鈥?when they鈥檙e not – they just can鈥檛 accept the truth or work out what 鈥渁busive鈥?actually means.

Genuinely, the worst company I have EVER had the misfortune of dealing with. No matter how cheap, please spend the few extra pounds and go with ANYONE ELSE AND PLEASE AVOID!

Smells amazing all day . I did hesitate as first thinking it鈥檚 a scam but it鈥檚 not guys I鈥檓 so pleased and needed to find a review to actually trust the seller which I didn鈥檛 but I took a chance and I鈥檓 definitely not disappointed .. Thank you again

Really happy, as I couldn't find this perfume anywhere due to it being discontinued but my daughter had specifically asked for it as I used to wear it. It took quite a while to get to me (3-4 weeks) but it arrived in plenty of time for Christmas and has been worth the wait. Thank you.

Ordered perfume for Xmas present on 12th December. Not received by 20th December so messaged them to ask if it was arriving before Xmas and next morning had a notification that my order was cancelled!! Should have a refund within 5 working days – fingers crossed. Should have read the reviews before buying from them.

I ordered perfume 29th November before reading the negative reviews. I had been rather worried, but my order has just been delivered sooner than expected and in time for Christmas. I certainly have no complaints and would use Fumeso again.
