Do not trust. They randomly closed my account without giving any explanation

I joined this site Thursday night, i deposited a small amount and played around for an hour on the esports. Friday morning Imade a total of two deposits (=1000), betting on football and esports again, after just a few hours my account has been locked and i have three emails all generic, labelled dear xxxx, asking me all about my gambling habits.

I have responded to these emails and asked for confirmation of my balance as i have had a successful bet whilst being locked out. They confirmed the balance of over 拢1100.

I have been with the site less than 24 hours, I find it disgusting that in less than 24hours they think its appropriate to start quizzing people about their gambling, how can they judge a customer on less than 24 hours worth of play. They took five hours to reply stating they want source of wealth. I've sent them a pdf bank statement showing a recent deposit from a previous site id had success on. Now they've not responded to any emails for over 24hours! They've closed the account down and will not withdraw my balance. It is disgusting, I wasn't happy with their harassment anyway so bad asked to close the account, but I want my money out and they won't withdraw. Legally unless they have genuine evidence of crime or laundering they can NOT withhold your money!!!

I am offended by their judgement so early, and their horrendous lack of customer support because they do not respond.

Im self exculed from this company yet still able to open an account and deposit there customer service is so bad the agent was so rude i have emails that i have forwarded to the gambling commission stay away from this site use a better company like casumo

I decided to self excluded from this website as I do have a gambling problem but before I did that I must admit this casino was fantastic great wins really fast withdrawals as well so I would recommend this casino to anybody

I really feel I needed to write a positive review for this site, as a new customer making a few deposits and then making a withdrawal I was waiting for the usual long pending times and endless verification requests, I was quite shocked to check my bank account today (less than 18 hours after making my first withdrawal) and the money is already in.

Its amazing really as I've never seen a withdrawal get back to my account from any other big name or small name online casino ever – with the exception of Sky Vegas.

A decent amount of sporting events are on offer and also a small casino area with microgaming slots and roulette/blackjack/video poker
