I was waiting to write my review until my motorcycle arrived, and I gotta say, I'm thoroughly impressed. I was planning to ship my motorcycle from Virginia to Hawaii and I was nervous about this task and how difficult it had the potential to be.

After researching a few different companies, I found Federal Motorcycle Transport to have the most positive reviews out of the other ones I got quotes from. Judy made the entire process from start to finish extremely easy, and took care of all of the booking between the truck carrier company and the company that manages the boats that takes vehicles between California and Hawaii.

My bike arrived in excellent condition, with not a scratch in sight. My shipment was on time and I didn't have any issues whatsoever. I will likely use them again when I inevitably have to move from Hawaii back to the mainland, and I'm very happy overall.

Scheduling was very easy, the price was the best I found, and the motorcycle was delivered without a scratch. The only issue was the original pickup date had to change to the next day since the driver didn't have the correct equipment to pick up the bike on the scheduled date. Once we got past the pickup date snafu, communication was great and everything was perfect.

the pallet this year was better than the past years (14) that I have used you. Don't know the reason the motorcycle was needed to be retied but it was and not a great job. More care needs to be taken by the staff. I have used you for 14 years; during those years there has been several problems, and increasing pricing that now have me thinking about using other companies.

We have been dealing with Federal for 15 or more years. They are first rate. Jennifer is the absolute best, I would not deal with anyone else. We have have been shipping 6 or more more bikes across the country and have never been disappointed.

Shipped motorcycle from Alaska to Virginia. Had to use 2 carriers but Fun Transport worked with me and at a reasonable price.

I have used Federal twice to ship a racing motorcycle from Ohio to California and back. It was a pleasure working with Judy who scheduled the shipping. Both times they were accommodating to my needs. The pick ups were on time and the drop offs as scheduled. My motorcycle suffered no damage on any of the trips. I recommend Federal for your shipping needs.

If I could give Federal Transport TEN stars I would. They made the transport of my husband鈥檚 bike from Portland, OR to Austin, TX totally seamless AND affordable. I worked directly with Tessa who feels more like family now than an service provider. The delivery of the bike is a Father鈥檚 Day surprise to my husband. I have shipped my bike all over the country with FunTransport and have had no problems. I normally get it ahead of schedule and in excellent condition delivered to my house.

Although the motorcycle was damaged in shipping, Judy Gordon w/ Federal in Peoria, IL has made the claims process painless thus far. I have filed a claim w/ Kimberlee at CRST and am hoping the process goes quickly. I'd just like to announce that Judy Gordon is a true professional in every way. My hat is off. My experience with Fun Transport couldn't have been better. The agent was extremely helpful from the time she gave me the quote until the bike was delivered. I received a slew of quotes from other transport companies but there was something about Tessa and Fun Transport that really put me at ease. The bike was picked up within a couple of days after me signing the contract and delivered within about a week which was consistent with what was agreed upon. Actually came two days prior to the date listed. The dealership I purchased from also was impressed with how effective and efficient pick up was.

Wow! Federal is now my #1 favorite shipper. I've owned many motorcycles, and had several shipped from out of state. Federal has been the most professional and personable than any others I've used in the past. From your first conversation with their staff until your bike arrives at your doorstep…a smooth, worry-free service. Judy was exceptionally helpful, always keeping me in the loop, actually making what might be a frustrating situation to some, actually enjoyable. My bike made the 3200 mile trip completely unscathed and very well looked after…as well as arriving long before I anticipated.

Bought a bike sight unseen in Ohio and couldn't go get it due to weather. Called Federal and spoke to Kristina who was a wealth of information! Got my bike picked up and dropped off in Omaha sooner than I expected! I would not hesitate to use them again!
