ordered few vouchers from this site every time I see the status is under process, calling to customer care will tell hold and then vanish. After blasting the customer care they tell me to wait for another 4-5 days for the process to complete. Which mean almost 10-15 days even after done the payment. I please you not to buy anything from this site. Nor even take a visit.

This is a shopping portal from which I have purchased many times. Had some wrong supplies also but was replaced promptly ! Wish there were more items in store

Futurebazaar is a horrible site to buy products. It's been more than a month since they delivered the wrong product and every time i call asking for the refund, they try to avoid talking about it. Pathetic! And the best part is, when i complained that the product delivered was completely different, the guy said the picture was only for "representative purpose!!!" Unbelievable . I doubt they even know what is online shopping. i would never recommend this site to anyone.
P.S. My friend once bought a perfume and it didn't even come in the original pack. Plus it didn't even smell genuine.

Scammers, avoid this website at all cost. They do not deliver and do not refund. Buy at your own risk.

For the first time I ordered from future bazaar, which is disturbing me like anything. They dont deliver or refund. They will update the status without work. I dont wanna give a single * even, but this is not accepting without stars

Hi,

I have placed a order on 27-Jan-2012 (Order# 5040617811) at futurebazaar.com but still I am waiting for the delivery of my order I have placed the order because it was suppose to deliver till 10-feb-2012 But when I contact to customer service they told me that It will deliver till 18 Feb, When I contact again to customer service then they are saying "due to an overwhelming response for the ordered product we will deliver it on or before 1-Mar-2012" but still there are no update on the my account section.

I am not able to understand why these guys are taking order if they are not able to deliver these orders, If the orders in shopping cart is not in their control then refund the order amount to customer if they want.

But I am not getting any thing neither the refund nor the products. As the name suggests Futurebazaar, I hope they will deliver it in future if my luck works.

I think this is the perfect slogan for futurebazaar "FutureBazaar – Just place your order and we will ship it in future with no time line :P".

Great brand with great service what else I can say about it, Place your order If you have money and time to waste on placing order and following up these peoples.

I made two orders for trolley bags. Their CC assured delivery on or before 6th feb 2012. But they didnt even ship until 8th Feb.

Upon calling their CC again, the gave fake shipment numbers. For every complaint they are asking 48hrs to reply. I even to talked to the customer care supervisor. No apologies. They just dont care that they didnt fulfill the assured date of delivery.

They are not replying to any emails.

Their gift coupons are not working.

If you dont want customer care you can buy from futurebazaar.

You may randomly get some items on some time of their convenience. For the remaining they will cancel the order.
