The process was so quick and easy. It totally exceeded our expectations. This whole process is stressful enough, having this part be so easy was such a huge relief.

My nurse Laura was the best part (aside from the funding if course!) of my Future Family experience. She was very responsive to me and full of information. I could text her any time of the day or night and I would not have to wait long for a response. I had so many questions and uncertainties in this process and Laura was right there to support me. Give Laura a raise because she deserves it!!

This was a painless experience to financing some unforeseen medical expenses – not covered by my insurance. The financing team was able to get things approved very swiftly, and the whole team was friendly, compassionate and caring. They sent my flowers when I got the news I was finally pregnant! Just very thankful for everything they鈥檝e done. My Fertility Coach was very knowledgeable and accessible. You can鈥檛 go wrong working with this team!

Futures Family is a good company to deal once you get passed the credit portion..That was a pain to deal with…But my fertility coach nurse is AMAZING!! I absolutely love her… I hope they continue with the Fertility Coach nurse because that's a great asset..

They were great. They took care of all the little details that I didn't want to address. The person assigned to me was just lovely and considerate. I鈥檝e tried about 5 different times to start this review but it鈥檚 really hard to find an opening line to express just how wonderful Future Family is. Not to state the obvious but infertility is hard; Future Family has been (by far) the easiest decision we have made. From our very first phone call, they have been so helpful and so supportive. Our account manager (shout out to Kailey) held our hands and walked us through each step of loan options and really worked with us to figure out which plan would be right for us. And then she introduced us to the opportunity of fertility coaching…and that introduction has completely changed our experience with infertility. Fertility coaching has been a game changer for my husband and I. Laura, our assigned fertility coach, has been an educator to us, a friend, a listening ear, and an absolute cheerleader. From our first meeting, to our phone calls, to our texts, this woman has carried us through the ups and downs of IVF. It has been so helpful to be able to leave the many overwhelming doctor鈥檚 appointments and be able to talk it through with someone so educated in this area of healthcare. It鈥檚 also super nice to be able to text her and just say 鈥渙kay got this lab back, is this normal? Is it good?鈥?Or 鈥淚鈥檓 experiencing this symptom (whatever it may be) is this normal?鈥?But above all else, she has been a listening ear in the hardest valley of our lives. I cannot thank this company enough for giving us the ability to financially start our family, but most importantly, introducing us to fertility coaching. When I tell our children the story of how they came to be, Future Family and Laura will be a major part of the story.

I came across Future Family in June 2018. The fertility clinic/doctor I was interested in receiving fertility treatment services had recently partnered with Future Family and they were one of the financing options available to me at the time. My husband and I decided to go with Future Family and we do not regret our decision. From the very beginning, each step was clear, easy, and the service was great. Prior to signing my agreement, each communication with Future Family exceeded my expectation, they answered my questions thoroughly and made sure I was understanding what they were explaining to me. Once I actually did complete the application process and my agreement was signed and complete, it really felt like my family was guiding me through the process. The nurse concierge service has been well beyond what I could have imagined, my nurse has been AMAZING since day one! She checked in on me throughout the Stimulation and Transfer Phases via text message and was always quick to call whenever I needed the extra support. I know I would have been stressing out, if I didn't have this extra support. The level of service, especially from my Nurse Cindy, has maintained an exceptional level of service to date. Ms. Cindy will check in every now and then, to see how my now, 6 month old, son is doing. I am so thankful to Future Family not just for the financial support, but for the emotional support and for treating us like we are family!

The only improvement I would like to see, which I believe they are currently working on now, is a feature for me to be able to monitor my financial statements, view my loan payoff schedule, and easily make an extra payment to my account without having to contact the Billing Department. I like to keep track of my finances, so once this is made available I will be completely satisfied.

Future Family was very easy to work with – they handled everything for financing directly with the doctors office. We were lucky to have a lot of insurance coverage too, but this allowed us financial flexibility and to not stress about the financial aspect while we were focusing on our health and expanding our family. Having the nurses / coaches was very helpful throughout the IVF process and Tammy was an extra layer of more accessible support. We would recommend!

Our experience with Future Family could not have gone any better. At first we didnt think we needed a nurse coach, but we couldnt have been more wrong. Tammy was there to hold our hand and guide us through this new journey! She was so incredibly helpful with ordering medications and staying on top of what we needed so we never ran out. She was always checking in on our progress and has continued to reach out to us through the remainder of our pregnancy. I would highly recommend FF to anyone going through this stressful journey, as it will help to alleviate some of the additional stressors and allow you to focus on health and well-being!

Future family was amazing! We are so thankful to be able to get a loan and the monthly payment is affordable. Tammy the nurse who was with us throughout the whole process was wonderful. She did a great job answering all my questions and providing me with much needed support. The ivf process is hard enough but future family made it just a little bit easier.

This company was all around amazing. They was there to answer every question. The nurse they give you to help you along the IVF journey is so incredibly helpful! They make it to where you can afford to start a family through IVF! Not everybody has doodles of money laying around to throw on the table at once. They help you and work with you! We will use them for our second and third kid hands down! Love this company!

I had a terrific experience working with Future Family. Financially, their loan give me the peace of mind to pay for my IVF cycle, which resulted in my daughter. More than the financials, though, was the support I received from my nurse and the entire FF organization. My nurse was available to me whenever I needed her to answer a question or give a word of encouragement. The organization cheered me on throughout my cycle with wonderful surprises like flowers for my retrieval and a gift when I became pregnant. They continue to check in occasionally just to say how happy they are for me and my family. I highly recommend their services to anyone!

Without Future Family, I don't think I would be sitting here with my newborn daughter. They made IVF possible for us when nothing else worked. Compared to other sources, FF made it so easy to get a loan for IVF and their rates are great. They are also compassionate and truly understand what you are going through. I would highly recommend them!

We used Future Family to finance our second round of IVF. The back office folks were very responsive and easy to work with. They had us qualified and on a plan we were comfortable with very quickly, which when you鈥檙e going through an infertility treatment is key. The FF team was accommodating of us using our own doctor and we greatly appreciated that. The concierge nurse assigned to us was empathetic and knowledgeable. She checked in on us regularly and made herself available to our needs. Future Family even sent us flowers on the day of our embryo transfer. Our beautiful baby girl was born 6 weeks ago and we couldn鈥檛 be happier. We鈥檙e grateful to Future Family for the role they鈥檝e played in helping us to grow our family!

I contacted Future Family after spending 2.5 years trying to conceive. They had released a Membership Program where one could be connected with a fertility coach (nurse) to best try and determine next steps. After a series of incredibly informative and enlightening video conferences with our coach, my husband and I were referred to a 5-star fertility clinic less than 5 miles from where we live. Within one month of being tested, we were able to determine the right path for us to achieve parenthood. We had an IUI and were pregnant after that first round. Can't say enough about how helpful and proactive the Future Family team was. We had answers and a plan within the first conversation. Can't recommend this team enough to any couple that's experiencing fertility challenges. They will not only demystify the entire process, they will act as a friend and coach all along the way.

I loved my fertility coach! Tammy Bono is amazing! The interest on our loan was low. Payment options were affordable. Everyone I interacted with involving the company made it a stress-free and easy process.

I love future family from the first day until I had my baby they were so good through the process. First of all we couldn鈥檛 had our daughter Emma if it wasn鈥檛 for the loan that they provided us. Also, Laura our coach was amazing she helped me through every process of it and when I went through the process they made sure I got flowers at my house which I thought it was amazing specially going through that time. I will highly recommend future family to anyone.

I was beginning the IVF process and had applied for a private loan when I saw a commercial for 鈥淔uture Family.鈥?I decided to reach out for a quote so I could compare it to what I already had. I quickly heard from Darin who was great. He answered all my questions. Offered me the same loan I had received from a private lender. What made me go with Future Family was Darin said it comes with a Fertility Coach (which I thought was great because this was my first experience with IVF) and he said their company could save me at least 25% on my medications. So I decided to go with it! I was excited! Typically they set you up with automatic withdrawals for repayment but I told him I wanted to opt out of that so I could make my own payments each month. He told me no problem and they could send me monthly statements – so I thought great! Let鈥檚 do this!

Since I had already started my fertility journey, I was to start everything the following week after the initiation of this loan. Darin told me I would hear from my fertility coach within the next 1-2 days. Great!

The moment I started to realize this wasn鈥檛 all I thought it was going to be was when my MD ordered all my fertility medications. I notified my fertility coach so she could pay the pharmacy (future family doesn鈥檛 give you your loan amount so you can pay the bills, they hold the money and pay it for you). Comes to find out my doctors preferred pharmacy wasn鈥檛 contracted with Future Family so I couldn鈥檛 get the medications from them. I had to go with Future Family鈥檚 contracted pharmacy and when it was all said and done, the medications through their pharmacy was in fact MORE expensive than if I went through my doctors preferred pharmacy. So this 鈥渨e can save you 25% on your medications鈥?was not true at all! And this was one of the major reasons I went with them to begin with. They don鈥檛 shop for your medications to give you the best price. They go to their only contracted pharmacy and say this includes their 鈥淔uture Family discount鈥?to make it sound like you鈥檙e getting a good deal, when in reality there鈥檚 other pharmacies out there that can provide a better price. They don鈥檛 tell you that and the only reason I found out was because my fertility doctor has done the research and with his experience he deals with the pharmacy that does provide the best price for his patients. So my medications were ordered through FF pharmacy and in fact, we ordered less medications than my doctor had requested just to get the price to where the other pharmacy was quoting.

Following all this, everything else went great. The fertility coaches are great! I was able to complete the IVF process and in fact get pregnant! Even after the transfer, I still hear from my coach to check up. They always go above and beyond to help and I had 2 different coaches throughout my IVF cycle.

Now comes the repayment portion of this adventure! For the last 3 months I have sent multiple emails requesting my monthly statements. This whole process has been like pulling teeth! The billing department just calls themselves the 鈥渂illing dept鈥?- they don鈥檛 disclose a name so you don鈥檛 know if you鈥檙e getting Tom, D*ck or Harry each time you reach out to them. And that鈥檚 if they even bother to reply to your inquiry at all. In fact, it has gotten to the point that I have yet to receive my 鈥渕onthly鈥?statement on time or receive an accurate reflection of my outstanding loan. My October and November statement were exactly the same despite my monthly payments. My December statement reflects only 2 payments when there was actually 3 payments. Remember when I said they don鈥檛 disperse you the loan money at the beginning… they make payments for you. So you have to do your own due diligence to track the money going out because they don鈥檛 do it for you! If at the end of the process you have money left on your loan, you have to tell them to please apply the remaining balance to my loan amount. They don鈥檛 have the common sense to do it for you. And if you don鈥檛, they will continually charge you interest on money they haven鈥檛 even dispersed! It鈥檚 still in their pocket and they are them making money off money that鈥檚 still in their pocket!

I think the overall idea of Future Family is great! However, I wish I would have gone with a private loan and avoid all this. In the end, it wasn鈥檛 worth it to me.
