DO YOUR RESEARCH!! Looks like a total scam

Same Propertys are listed and then relisted with inflated guide prices and then reduced seems as though it鈥檚 future property auctions who owns most of the stock and off loading with silly guide prices, when your the only bidder the magically crashes

Classic example

28d, Glaisnock Street, Cumnock KA181Da KA18
This property has been marketed since 2015 also listed previously with FPA

Refer to Zoopla listing history and previous sales DO NOT GO BY THEIR estimates with local previous sales

Don鈥檛 use this business. We were deliberately manipulated so they could get a quick commission from someone else. Offer made, offer accepted, they then called other bidders and took their deposit before we could send deposit funds. The business doesn鈥檛 serve the best interests of their customer. The property we had our offer accepted on was sold to another person so a commission could be quickly charged. The same property has been on and off the market so they must have charged multiple 拢2500 commissions on the same property. Unusual process, best use a normal agent who will be more professional. This relates to a property on Middle St in Berwick Upon Tweed.

I have reported to the ombudsman and I now have a case number and an on going investigation, these thieves knew there was no land to be sold to anyone, yet they pursued me with over 2 dozen phone calls took my money and now refused to refund me back my money after the seller solicitor discovered the title was fraudulent and refused to continue representing the seller, trust me I will definitely expose this company and it鈥檚 wide spread scam, I have seen court judgements against this company for doing this to others.
I have investigated the seller, he is also well known to be involved in similar scams and I will be alerting the police to get involved in the investigation, this is King pin statue-like case, they are an organized criminal gang, they clearly know what they are doing deceiving the public and fraudulent taking their money.
I will not leave this alone until they are fully exposed on national TV.
Their actions and business practices are fraudulent and criminal in nature am shocked they are still in operation.

I have called the BBC Scotland
I have reported to The Sun News paper today.

I will also file a lawsuit in England against them and seek damages.

Beware. Another auction this week.selling a new lot. Description of substantial plots. In reality a couple of play parks that the current owner has not maintained. Been locked up for nearly 3 years. The plots cannot be built on. They have to be playparks. Council planning enforcement issued non compliance notice before lockdown. Add these to the other local lots of 2 flower beds…

I was interested in buying 3 houses from this mob. When I showed interest, they sent the links out to submit offers individually and had upped the price by almost 拢5ok per property. They are rude, arrogant, dishonest and aggressive. Want you to pass your card details when you make an offer. AVOID!!

Would give it a minus star if I could. This outfit is the equivalent of a bucket shop. Liars, properties misdescribed, staff I wouldn't trust as far as I could throw them. AVOID at all cost. They will probably be closed down soon enough and hopefully those knowingly conning decent folk out of their hard earned will do a spell in the chokey. Puts the property profession into disrepute and like others have written, it seems they got a gang of pally pals who just buy and flip to the unsuspecting. Rinse and repeat.
They will have their day soon enough, I guarantee it. Keep well clear of these scoundrels. Where are the regulators? Why no investigation into this company? AVOID AVOID AVOID Buyer beware if ever you heard the saying!!!

Vendors don鈥檛 let your houses go under valued get a second opinion before selling to these bunch of clowns

I agree fully with other reviews bunch of crooks you bid change your mind cancel bid 24hrs later as you had not even received an acknowledgement that your bid had been received Fed up you phone get no where customer services non existent email them twice to cancel your bid with clear instructions that no charge is to be made to your credit card they ignore your instruction charge your credit card then produce documentation 4 days after cancellation claiming you're contracted refusing to refund your monies they retained my details from n earlier bid and used my credit card details from that to complete the transaction totally illegal and against GPDR do not trust these crooks and do not supply them with any of your credit card details

I have recently trie dto Buy a property AND sell a seperate property through Furture Property Auction.
They are without doubt the worst companyt I have ever dealt with – as a buyer and seller.
As a buyer they never follow up on your enquiery and you need to repeatedly call back. They are very evasive and the staff couldn't care less. Really poor attitude. I never pursued the property I wa sintereste din buying due to their terrible attitude and service.
As a seller- See above. Probably explains why they never sold the property and continually lied about getting offers.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!
they do not deserve to be in business. I suspect they won't be for much longer.

I was interested in an Office at 54 Gordon Street. Guide price at the time of listing by Future Property Auction was 拢14,000 which I was more than willing to pay. I went to Gordon Street and spoke to the concierge who explained that many of the offices on the 4th floor had been boarded up so it was difficult to get access tot he inside. I contacted future property auctions and left my phone number, e-mail, and all other relevant information. I was told they had an employee out that day taking pictures of the inside and that I would be e-mailed with more information in due course. I was never contacted again and found out about a week later that the guide price had been reduced to 拢8,000, an offer was made, and the property sold. Shocked by this I contacted Future Property Auctions and told them I was willing to pay 拢14,000 a week earlier and was waiting for information back. I was told that 'one of the girls has left' and 'that message wasn't passed on' so there was nothing they could do about it. I did say that due to incompetence on their part the buyer had taken less money for the property and me the buyer had missed out. I was told 'someone else might have offered more than your 拢14,000' but the guide price at that time was 拢8,000 and I was informed it went to auction a few days prior and hadn't sold.

So yes, the seller lost thousands and I wasn't able to purchase the commercial property I so desperately wanted. If they just told me on the phone initially that I wouldn't be able to see the inside and would need to bid as Is I would've done so. I was told more information was on the way, waited, and subsequently lost out. Absolutely appalling. I only wish I could get in direct contact with the seller to tell them what has happened as I imagine they would be disgusted to learn how much Future Property Auctions has cost them.

Time wasters! Future Property Auctions, Glasgow are terrible to deal with. They market residential properties without home reports. They do not provide property information when asked, and are generally evasive. They send emails saying particulars and reports are attached, yet they are not. I had outstanding requests for the particulars for several properties, only to be told that they had sold after I had invested considerable time and effort researching them and keeping track of what FPA were still to send. They do not bother tracking information requests, making their potential clients do their work. Eventually I resorted to making automatic requests for a particular home report every two days, each time to be told it was not available. On the fifth time asking, I was told the property was sold which was why they could not send the report. When I asked why the property was sold without the report being sent to me, and that the property had not sold the first four times I asked, I was ignored. Upon asking again, the general manager took over, and proceeded for no reason to become dismissive, aggressive and insulting. I am currently reporting this firm to Trading Standards and the Property Ombudsman.

Absolutely Delighted.

Sold my flat in 8 days and even did the viewings on it for free.

They did exactly as they said.

Pros: Definitely faster and easier than using a traditional estate agent.

Completely hopeless. They are hovering only just on the brink of legal/illegal with many of their property descriptions, which are full of false and misleading information. They very rarely respond to any communications by telephone or email. Their so-called home report valuations are a work of fiction. Read the terrible reviews about their surveyor as well! They claim properties have tenants and incomes where no such thing exists and try to encourage suckers to submit offers on the basis of false information. I could go on for pages and pages saying what an utter disgrace this firm is to the property auction profession. A gang of crooks, charletans and cheats. Avoid at all costs.
