FXLeader are completely scammers.I put a deposit off 拢200 on their platform.The money was not used ,as I got a bad feeling about them.when I asked for my money back I got no response.my debit card was used to buy some stuff on the internet,luckily for me my bank caught it on and blocked my card.Up to now I keep sending the same email back every time I feel like it.to date I have resent the email 74 times to annoy them,all the emails are linked,so they get the lot.Lately they tried to tell me my money was paid back with the details they had,of course this was a lie.I checked with my bank and they told me money could be paid back to me on the blocked card.This is just in case they try the same stunt with someone else Regards james

They have to be exposed for what they are and i will make sure i see to that. Got a call from their agent and after a lot more calls i decided to give them a try. I learnt about cryptocurrency myself, although a friend had told me about it as far back as 2015 but at the time I鈥檓 hardly interested in any kind of digital currency. I rarely share my story with people online and those I don't know, not only because it put me at the lowest point ever but because it made me a person of ridicule among family and some of my friends. BAD BAD BAD Company! They deleted my account after I requested to withdraw my money. If not for the help I got from chargebackguaranteed,info I will never have been able to get my money out. Horrendeous! Customer Service is NON-existent, NEVER replied to my emails and close the account without warning, and refuse to open/keep the demo open. I am a live account holder who needs continuous access to demo account but it keeps getting closed down. Instead of looking into my complaint, the rude chat bot-like customer 'service' agents keep closing down the chat. My request is not unreasonable, but I am met with pure hostility by any customer service agent. FXLeader is definitely a scam run by a bunch of big time greedy, selfish criminals whose aim is to squeeze as much money as they can from unsuspecting honest people. They have no respect for normal human values. As a single woman, living alone, and temporarily housebound through ill health, I was the perfect victim. I had never been scammed before and it was the ugliest and most hideously harassing and threatening experience. They forced themselves into my life – I was aggressively groomed and bullied into depositing money. Once it started (like a rape) I had no choice but to continue and wait for it to end thinking that I would lose all if I did anything. To these crooks, it seemed inconceivable that others were not as greedy as they were. They often asked what I was going to do with the eye-watering amounts of money in the (simulated) account of 拢700k and never believed me when I said it would be used to help my children and grand children out. They seemed to think I shared their greed and need for a mansion and a few fast cars.
This is an outfit run from a 鈥榢itchen鈥?somewhere in Eastern Europe but claiming to be in London. They have created a mock trading floor which often sounds like the set of 鈥楬ome Alone鈥?with noise sometimes ramped up so loudly that it would have been impossible for anyone to think or speak, or teeth-grindingly ear-piercing electric music (as in 鈥楶sycho鈥? or other times a total silence.
In the 5 months that I was subjected to this scam I received over 300 calls. It started with a 拢200 deposit from a pop up ad on the internet which after a month I was persuaded to increase with another 拢1000. I was immediately shown how this could be increased. After a few weeks however, it all disappeared and I was told this was because I had left a trade open. I hadn鈥檛, but it all re-appeared in my account after a week and I was then told that if put in more, I would get a special one-time bonus in order to keep the account alive. Thinking that I could perhaps withdraw my initial deposit, I continued and so it went on. During the time, I tried to close the account six times. Each time I was sent a note from the 鈥榮upport team鈥?and nothing happened except that 鈥榤y financial advisor鈥?came back with more offers, bonuses and 鈥榚vents鈥?to pay into.
During the time that I was scammed, I spoke to 5 people 鈥?Jack the Austrian, Ross Matthews with a strong guttural accent and such poor English only 1 in 10 words was comprehensible – anxious to tell you that he was once poor and just does this to buy shoes for his wife. I was never sure whether I was expected to be impressed by his wealth or his high-maintenance wife. James Collins, unmistakably American and so-called 鈥榟ead of accounting鈥?who wafted by every so often to add his weight! He always reminded me of a poem 鈥楯ames was only a snail鈥?in his case a 鈥榮lug鈥?would have been more appropriate.
Mike (aka Charles) Anderson, also American, and impressively a so-called 鈥榮enior trader鈥?and 鈥榝inancial advisor鈥? spent most time scamming me. He similarly informed me that he too was once poor and also had a high-maintenance wife. He was a wannabe and liked to impress 鈥?boasting a bling lifestyle with several expensive cars, houses in different hot countries and his own plane which he used to spend weekends with 鈥榗lients鈥?in Australia 鈥?not to mention his stated preference for the best champagne and whisky (no Proseco for him!). He was also anxious to impress about his education and invented an 鈥楢鈥?Level though never said in what subject, but it did not tie in with his poor writing ability and lack of other languages and education. His so-called credentials included having worked for JP Morgan in wealth management, 15 years experience with FXLeader and being registered with the FSA. This 鈥榮ilver-tongued fox鈥?was a sly and cunning predator as he bullied and cajoled me into depositing my pension. Then one day, Mike/Charles disappeared from the scene with an alleged bout of flu (in June!) 鈥?never to be heard of again. I was then passed to Andrew Griffin, slimy with a whiny Australian/S African accent, the so-called floor manager or 鈥榗leaner鈥?who swore at me when I got tired of being asked to put in 拢125,000 in order to make a withdrawal/close the account and decided to tell the authorities instead.
Often I felt I was talking to narcos or people smugglers 鈥?but maybe there is little difference when greed and cynicism rule and other people鈥檚 lives and livelihoods are of little consequence; life is cheap after all in the criminal world. The sky is the limit for such people when they find they can live above the law and launder quantities of money using multiple offshore accounts in places such as St Vincent, Grenadines, Malta, Cyprus. Launder money? Yes they do, and I know this for a fact by the way deposits were taken as they tagged them onto credit card payments.
The support team were women allegedly secretaries but could have been wives or even slaves 鈥?all with Eastern European accents but English names, Jessica Young, Anna Martin, and Sofi Debro.
I feel ashamed and hate that this has happened to me. It has taken its toll on my life and it has had a dramatic effect on my own financial position forever. But I feel that people should know the truth about fx-leader and perhaps it can save others from falling into the same trap. Something needs to be done by the authorities that have the powers to do so. In the meantime, let鈥檚 hope their airplanes fall out of the sky, their yachts sink in the ocean and they choke on their own greed.
