Don't ever buy from any 3rd party site, especially case opening. Was going well for small purchase, like $10 or $20. But once u spend $100 and the 3rd party site won't deliver, say bye to your money. G2A will just state that money transfer to site and won't bother help. Issue chargeback, will ban your ip address and will escalate this issue to court with cost $500. So think before spending.

p.s. Did review on other site, and ask me go to customer support team, but once reach they i found out i got banned for violating their policy

Now I'm not gonna lie, G2A is fantastic in terms of the deals that you get, that is if you actually get the games. Now I know G2A is not directly in charge of all the games being sold as it consists of people on their website selling you the games, but if you end up getting scammed by getting a key that was invalid or already used, it should be an obligation for them to resolve the problem, since the transaction was made on their platform, especially if you purchased the G2A Shield like I did, which GUARANTEES protection against fraud, (It Doesn't). I Purchased two games from G2A using paypal (thank god for paypal). I tried to enter the two keys I got one that was fine, the other not so much, I contacted customer support, and let me tell you, this is the most incompetent customer support I have ever seen in my life, dont bother contacting them when things go wrong, they will not help you. After getting the same terrible/unhelpful answers for around three weeks straight despite providing all the proof necessary I had enough. I informed them if they werent going to help me paypal was. Once I said this they almost went into a panic, they warned me not to contact paypal for help, that they would my issue would be resolved, (Sure it would, "Alex", we all know that isn't your real name). I was a little taken aback by that, its almost as if they are purposely trying to stall so paypal buyer protection would expired, and I would have no chance of a refund. Well, in the end, I got my refund from paypal for both games, ( haha take that G2A >=) ) and my account got banned from G2A, (not like I would every use their terrible service again). Trust me, they don't care about you or any of their customers at all, all they care about is making that money and heavily promoting their website by sponsoring popular figures. If you have a problem with any of the games regardless if you purchase the G2A shield, your on your own.

Bad experience. Bought an Overwatch key from them turned out to be used. Contacting support was a real hassle, wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Never buy/do anything on this website. When I wanted to buy Grand Theft Auto 5 for a cheaper price, my first instinct is to come here even though I have never bought anything from here. When I did buy the product for $27 something dollars, I enjoyed the game, But then a month later I saw on my transactions that there was a purchase to G2A.com for $10. I was like 鈥淲hat??鈥? I knew GTA 5 was $27 (the one that I bought), so why is there a transaction for $10. I went to the G2A support team to see what鈥檚 up. I contacted them and everything and they said that I have a G2A Guard thing that protects my account from scammers. Now, I did not want this. I was talking to the person on how I got this because I never registered anything like that. They said they don鈥檛 know and said 鈥測ou probably did it by accident鈥? Now here me out for this, How they hell do I go through many steps and put in my credit card information. HOW DO YOU DO THAT 鈥淏Y ACCIDENT鈥? This website signs you up for things that you need to pay monthly for, but without your permission. They website should have been all nice and try to solve my problem that I did not cause. But instead they took down my last 1-Star review, Instead of being a good company/website. Before they take down this review, read this and have caution and don鈥檛 ever use this website.

Unfortunately after all my communication with the support and after 9 days waiting for a solution to my problem i had to start finding a way to express my disappointment and frustration.

My Story in brief
I spent 10鈧?on LootG2A.com i start looting different cases, after i had spent all my lootpoints (LP) i tried to activate my games (10euro value at least) to my steam account. From 7 games i only managed to activate 1 game! i received the following errors as you can see in the pictures. (i have also video with i am gonna post later on youtube etc..After 3days i added 10 more Euros (100LP) i managed to roled a loot bot of 85LP cost and i got Rocket leage! Witch i also could not activate. The problem is that after 24hours all loot box games that you have rolled are getting lost! (sold, and get back a few LP for return)…

Communication with the Support

After i contact the support what i got for answer was

"I am really sorry for this issue. This seems to be some technical issue which I've already reported. Your case should be solved soon. Please give us some time to try to solve this problem. Please also contact us back after 24 hours to check for any further details. "

After 24hours i contact them back
ME
"i lost all my games that was in my Loot!!!! as you can see in the picture….. i tried several times in the day to activate them with no success.

What i did then was to use the returned LPs (10) to roll another lootbox, i got a stupid game for 0.38鈧?witch i managed to claim to my steam account!

Then i add it 10 more euros (100LP) and i re rolled another lootbox, i got a game and i managed to claim it successfully!
Then i rolled again and i got the same ERROR once again!

ERROR:
"We have noticed that there is a problem which prevents game activation.

Please try again or contact our customer support."

I would like to express my deep disappointment about the whole issue, and i would like to see some action from your side…so far i had spent 20Euros and i got nothing in return…."

What i got for game is "Rocket League"

And guess what! I could not managed to activate the game.

i am getting the same error! see attachment.

Please note that i tried the following with no success,
1) Clean browsers cookies, etc, (CCleaner)
2) Used 3 different browsers (chrome, explorer, mozila) all running the latest versions)
3) Deactivate my steam guard authorization security.

Now, (since i got a valuable game) i demand you to obtain me at least this particularly steam code (Rocket League), and finally depending on the final results of my issue i will decide if i am gonna spent more money on your g2a loot AND i will dissuade others (community friends) from using any G2A services."

After 3 days what i got back for my 26euro LOST GAMES was ONLY 24 LP!with witch again i could not activate the games

I bought some random steam keys and they sucked. I mean, they really sucked. I only got games that used to be free 2 play. They do have good prices on some games though. I bought Out of the Park Baseball 17 for 23 cents! That was probably the best purchase I have made from G2A.

Did'nt receive code and account was blocked afterwards.

I'm satisfied with G2A's services, and helpfulness with queries. It's handy having G2A shield to guarantee satisfaction, and there are no hold ups with payment or delivery of game keys.

Purchased some PSN prepaid cards and had no issue with the received product whatsoever. Excellent site & the seller who sold the product!

Good to buy from wouldn't recommend being a seller. They want a social media along with other personal information. They also have tons of fees such as a 15 cent relisting fee. The g2a shield is just another way to gain some quick cash for them.

G2A's okay. I've only bought the safest lower priced games from Worldofgames or whatever his name is. It's fast, easy and I have yet to stumble on an invalid key.

One bad experience was when I bought a CS:GO skin with some money I had left in G2A, it said User is Banned and I could not withdraw it to this day. I don't suggest buying CS:GO Skins there.

The only problem on my end was that I did not notice a game I've bought was not a steam key, it simply ended in key. As the name was long, I thought it was a steam key but I did not pay attention to the picture that just said G2A. However, mistake on my end.

Totally recommended if steam's prices are far higher like the old Call of Duty Games which can be $59,99 on steam and $10-20 on G2A. I've only used it about twice a month with purchases around $15 because if there's trouble as the other bad reviews, at least I won't lose money. Can seem sketchy, but if you know what you're doing it's fine.

G2A usually is a trustworthy site. When you see a good offer however, you have to check if the seller is good, usually you can tell by the amounts of products sold. Have personally bought quite a few games here for cheap prices and haven't had a problem yet.

G2A is a website where you can buy games cheap. I had been using it for 2-3 years and it was great. I bought games cheaper than their original price. But I had just recently bought a game and on my bank account I was also charged 30 dollars by "G2A Krakow" or something like that. I know that you can get charged if you get something to do with g2a shield but I never bought any long subscription or something like that for g2a shield, I just bought g2a shield for that one game, like I have done before, But I looked this up and other people had ran into that problem also where you just randomly got charged by "G2A Krakow". I highly recommend not using this website.
