My Story in brief
I spent 10鈧?on LootG2A.com i start looting different cases, after i had spent all my lootpoints (LP) i tried to activate my games (10euro value at least) to my steam account. From 7 games i only managed to activate 1 game! i received the following errors as you can see in the pictures. (i have also video with i am gonna post later on youtube etc..After 3days i added 10 more Euros (100LP) i managed to roled a loot bot of 85LP cost and i got Rocket leage! Witch i also could not activate. The problem is that after 24hours all loot box games that you have rolled are getting lost! (sold, and get back a few LP for return)…
Communication with the Support
After i contact the support what i got for answer was
SUPPORT
"I am really sorry for this issue. This seems to be some technical issue which I've already reported. Your case should be solved soon. Please give us some time to try to solve this problem. Please also contact us back after 24 hours to check for any further details. "
After 24hours i contact them back
ME
"i lost all my games that was in my Loot!!!! as you can see in the picture….. i tried several times in the day to activate them with no success.
What i did then was to use the returned LPs (10) to roll another lootbox, i got a stupid game for 0.38鈧?witch i managed to claim to my steam account!
Then i add it 10 more euros (100LP) and i re rolled another lootbox, i got a game and i managed to claim it successfully!
Then i rolled again and i got the same ERROR once again!
ERROR:
"We have noticed that there is a problem which prevents game activation.
Please try again or contact our customer support."
I would like to express my deep disappointment about the whole issue, and i would like to see some action from your side…so far i had spent 20Euros and i got nothing in return…."
The answer was the following

"Once more I'm really sorry for this issue. I've already reported your case to our specialists and I'm awaiting some solution. I hope you will not have any more problems this kind, with our service. Please contact us in 2-3 days so I'll inform you about any further details.

ME ( after 48hours )
"Once again, i spent 80LP (since i have no information from you that i should stop spending money and LP from your site)
What i got for game is "Rocket League"
And guess what! I could not managed to activate the game.
i am getting the same error! see attachment.
Please note that i tried the following with no success,
1) Clean browsers cookies, etc, (CCleaner)
2) Used 3 different browsers (chrome, explorer, mozila) all running the latest versions)
3) Deactivate my steam guard authorization security.
Now, (since i got a valuable game) i demand you to obtain me at least this particularly steam code (Rocket League), and finally depending on the final results of my issue i will decide if i am gonna spent more money on your g2a loot AND i will dissuade others (community friends) from using any G2A services."

"Once more, I apologize for the issue although, unfortunately, used by you solutions, won't solve the problem since it's a problem on our side. As I already mentioned twice, I've reported your case and I'm awaiting a solution from our technical specialists. Please mind, it may take more time than expected since the problem has to be checked and solved manually. All of the cases are being checked on a daily basis although our specialists are not working 24/7.
Please, for now, do not make any more Loot spins until the problem will be solved. It's our new service which we're still working on and once more I'm sorry for all of the problems while usage. Please keep some patience and wait for 2-3 days more so we'll be able to proceed with your case."
After 3 days what i got back for my 26euro LOST GAMES was ONLY 24 LP!with witch again i could not activate the games

One bad experience was when I bought a CS:GO skin with some money I had left in G2A, it said User is Banned and I could not withdraw it to this day. I don't suggest buying CS:GO Skins there.
The only problem on my end was that I did not notice a game I've bought was not a steam key, it simply ended in key. As the name was long, I thought it was a steam key but I did not pay attention to the picture that just said G2A. However, mistake on my end.
Totally recommended if steam's prices are far higher like the old Call of Duty Games which can be $59,99 on steam and $10-20 on G2A. I've only used it about twice a month with purchases around $15 because if there's trouble as the other bad reviews, at least I won't lose money. Can seem sketchy, but if you know what you're doing it's fine.
