I bought a mini on 15th Feb & the car had problems within 24hrs: faulty battery, immobiliser problem & power steering failing. It鈥檚 an old car but with low mileage & a long mot. G5 were initially helpful on the phone (but disorganised) & arranged a courtesy car whilst the mini was taken to Luton to their approved garage. This required lots of back & forth & poor communication. After having the mini for a week I kept calling but nobody answered or called me back. Eventually I got an answer, only after emailing through their website. By this point I no longer had faith in the car or g5 & got legal advice which confirmed I was entitled to a full refund. Upon asking G5 for this refund & returning their courtsey car, I was told they would charge 拢200 in fees & 40p per mile on both cars. It took a week, 6 in person visits & 23 phone calls before the money was refunded. I was also shouted at & hung up on by one of their salesmen. Avoid avoid avoid.

I have given them 1 star but they are not even worth that!Never seen such professionally weak people . They will tell you anything over the phone just to get you to the place. If you do not know a lot about the inner workings of a car, only go there with a mechanic. Avoid…… i would suggest that you take your money somewhere else

I bought a Chevrolet Spark from them. It came with a water damaged audio system. They were not answering calls and not returning messages so I had to go to them. They sent me to an electrician who found the problem. Replacement I had to find for them. They sourced it after lot of persuasion. I had to pay for the fitting. They will seem the nicest people before the purchase but after sales their standards go down the drain. I will not recommend them at all.
