good website if you want to contract directly with the owners of the house, although it has many old ads, I could rent directly without paying commissions.

ATTENTION! SCAMS through the web GABINOHOME

Last October, through Gabinohome, we rent for 4 night, an apartment in Amsterdam (4 adults and 3 children).
It turned out to be a FRAUD, even though the booking confirmation had a Gabinohome logo (we were not the only ones, after that happened, we have seen more cases in internet).
We were with 3 children and in full Christmas season, without a place to sleep.
Immediately we contacted Gabinohome (by mail, there麓s no phone in their web), although it was not until the next day we had news from them, and just to indicate that they were not intermediaries, attached their legislation and to suggest that they were not responsible for what happened. They didn麓t even offer a minimum of help in such a critical situation. And then, in their web (who we are) you can find qualities as "fast and efficient customer service," "reliable source of information for the search of real estate listings and holiday accommodation," "excellence in quality of services, attention, good service to customers and respect for the dignity of all people "….
At item 6 of their general conditions you can read: "By registering must provide a valid phone. It麓s important to check the identity and helps prevent internet fraud.". So, we have 2 questions: have they carried out the verification for this advertiser? Have they tried to contact the owner, to demand an explanation when we communicated our situation ?.
We麓ve not only paid for a scam and had to find another accommodation at very high prices, but we spent an ambittered holidays. Due to the indifference they have shown and, if you don麓t want to spend a bitter holiday, we recommend NOT TO MAKE RESERVATIONS THROUGH THIS SITE.

To those who actually read this!
We have been trying to contact Gabinohome.com for days and they don't even bother responding. And when they do respond, they said that it was not their responsibility and that they do not do booking or receive payments. But the booking and banking details are their company's name and address. So is this false advertising???? Can we trust this website???? I think I don't need to say more. Thank you for your kind attention.
