I ordered some discount products on Black Friday and received a nice package of my things plus a couple of testers (a brand new perfume sample and face cream). I don't have any comments about their customer service as everything went smoothly and didn't need them.
If I could find a minor issue, this would be creating an account on their website. This function is problematic as the page kept loading and I never managed to do it (I tried more than 7 times). However, I was able to order as a guest and their overall service was excellent.
I would recommend buying from this shop!
