Gallaghers Cars

I did order a Mirage car from this Car Company..Gallaghers Motor Co Ltd, Warrington. I changed my mind about the purchase of the car but was not refunded the…拢250.00. Deposit I had paid.
I did write to the Company on two occasions concerning this matter…but never received a reply from Gallaghers.
The Contractual Law implications here are of course unbelievable…but Gallaghers are not aware of this important factor..
Take note..no receipts were issued stating deposits were not refundable
and no information about deposits were stated on the paperwork.
A very poor service….not acceptable.
If you are a Trading Standards Officer perusing this site for information,please note…Full Documentation has been sent to your Head Office, concerning this matter.

Bought 2nd hand PHEV from Warrington dealership of which experience was fine (of course it was – I was spending 拢27k !!)

Come to have serviced to be told that front tyres needed replacing and was sent a "healthcheck video" showing me the measurement of where worn – quoted 拢358 for 2 tyres of which I checked on Black Circles the same TOYO tyres are 拢215 fitted !! It gets worse….

I take the "dangerous tyres" to be fitted with new ones at an ATS to be told that there's nothing wrong with them and that as long as the tread is within legal limits in the middle of the tyre and no threads visible on the outside then they are road legal and not illegal; therefore they declined to fit new ones for me as there was nothing wrong with them in the first place and loads of life left in them !!!

Sorry Gallaghers, I wont be had over on unecessary items "as it was in for service" – I will not be bringing the car to you for service again !

Sandycroft sales team, old fossils took two hours to sell me a car, left me on my own several times whilst they looked for information. Nearly walked off – wish i had. Took them two weeks to obtain car. Apparently, when the fuel light is on, it means that you can still do ten miles and get some fuel in it yourself. Had dual controls fitted by them for driving school. Duals not working correctly, brakes holding on all the way home, should have taken it back, but they are so slow, we just wanted to go home. A further inspection also found damage to front A pillar, caused by strapping car down on a low loader. Made complaints on phone and in writing, they just ignore you. Will never buy a new car from there again.
