Purchased a LG 65" CXPUA television for $2K plus. Received a phone call from this seller the next day confirming my shipping address. Ten minutes after hanging up the seller cancelled the order without providing a reason. Seller did not respond to phone message or email request for explanation.

Ordered new TV. 3 1/2 months later, 67 emails, 14 phone calls, no TV and money refunded.

After weeks and weeks of trying to contact someone at Gamesliquidations I could tell they were running some sort of side job. They immediately charged my card and sent tracking information (which never worked). I contacted them about the tracking not working after a week (was suppose to be delivered within 2-4 days). They said it was picked up and on its way. Another week went by, tried to get in touch again. They said they needed more money for delivery and wanted my card information. I did not give it to them but then the guy said he wouldn't deliver it, so I eventually gave them my card info. They guy said it would be delivered the next day. I had a confirmation and time slot. The next day came, not surprisingly they did not deliver it. The shipping company said that the seller created a label but never gave them the tv, never even sent anyone to pick it up. I was curious how they could sell such an expensive tv for so little. Now I've caught on! Recently there were some footballers in the news for an insurance scam where they pretended to buy equipment but didn't then claimed insurance on them. I'm pretty sure this is what they're doing. They sell enough for them to not cause any red flags but they screw MOST of the buyers by not even sending anything just creating a label for it and stringing you along for WEEKS. After I spoke with Newegg, they confirmed that this seller (Gameliquidations but they go by a lot of names, probably to hid themselves) has had A LOT of tv's missing and that is was strange, but they don't do anything about it. Gameliquidations uses their platform to take advantage of their customer base, while not being directly "responsible". Weeks went by, their headquarters is about 20 minutes from where I live, so if they really had they tv, they could of delivered it within 20 minutes. I don't believe they even have all these tvs, I think they just buy a few to sell then claim some sort of insurance on the ones they mark "lost" when in reality they're ripping buyers off. I will be in contact with their insurance people next! Do not let these bad people steal from you and take your hard earned money, all the bad reviews are true. Not worth the risk. I paid 1000 more and got the TV with a year warranty and delivered next day from Best Buy. On the LG's company website, Gameliquidations is on their list of "do not buy from" sellers! They won't provide their 1 year warranty for anything LG that you've bought from Gameliquidations. Probably took 100 hours, and entire days waiting for delivery and then fighting for a refund. They seemed like they do this ALL THE TIME. BEWARE!!!!
