So many known bugs in this game never get fixed. Game is rigged. Pay to win. Grind for countless hours to get new gear while gameloft nerfs it to make you grind more. The only game where you grow weaker over time. Go figure.

I have only been playing Sniper Fury for three months and have seen several instances of cheating. Sadly, this is part of the online gaming experience, I know this. What is shocking is how little Game Loft cares. They are happy to take your money but do not expect any type of support in return.
The irony is that the game itself is actually really fun. You just have to be able to overlook the rampant cheating, constant glitches, and complete lack of customer support.

If you have any issues needing a follow up with customer care. Don't hold your breath because your better off winning the lottery. There text to help @ 84149 useless, opening multiple tickets online are futile, and unless you want to waste your cell battery trying to get through on a call, 18009103186, you're better off finding a genie for wishes. I'm not sure how any of their games run with a non-existent staff.

Shambolic at best. No customer support whatsoever. They do not even have the energy to respond to emails. Forget buying games from this shambles. Don't waste your money

Appalling customer service – non-existent – takes your money and runs. No reply and ignored on 5 separate Insta queries and messages, message on twitter ignored, Facebook ignored, joined their forum, then no joy – ignored, their online customer service ticket – no reply, no one replies and the phone line goes to a message saying it is out of order. DO NOT BUY GAMES FROM THIS COMPANY IT DESERVES TO GO BUST.

This is the worst customer service team I had ever come across. I am an Indian and haven't had such a poor experience, even with a very local and cheap customer care.I have always received a generic statement, although the entire scenario is well explained. On the second attempt, they only revert about half of your concern and ignore the remaining half. The worst part is that you will only get a response, once you send a reminder. All the above mentioned statements are not vague. I have had numerous examples still saved in my inbox as proof and a few escalated on social media as well.

In a year of playing legends on IOS I have noticed the multiplayer dominated by hackers, the top clubs all have hackers with unrealistic scores, gameloft set the club targets so high that if you play without hacking you'll never get far in the game, worst of all it's now be proven that the players who are hackers are actually associated with the company

If I could give negative stars I would! They do not make people follow their terms of use therefore you have all these players that use cheats to get ahead and then bully everyone else (March of empires) everytime someone reports some one else for cheating they blow you off as if you don't know what your talking about when in fact you are with these people every day they take your money and can't even investigate cheating to make the game playable for everyone else shame!

Dodgey as hell. Worst customer service ever! Absolutely no responsibility or accountability. Tried to rectify the situation but the more I look the more I see how many other people they've scammed.

So I received my optus bill with an additional charge of $7.99 for a gameloft subscription which I knew was incorrect as I never download games or use them. so I called the help line 1800 443 881 and spoke to a woman who said sorry "I'll black list your number and cancel the subscription" and then I asked to be reimbursed for the subscription fees she said "you'll have to get a refund through your phone company" so I called optus then they said "no that's through game loft" I went back and forth between the two. The gameloft help line was useless I figured at least I won't be charged again that's fine. Then my next phone bills comes… I'm charged $7.99 again! So I call the help line listed on the website.. It's disconnected then find the helpline listed on my phone bill first time I call unavailble
Second time the woman said the same "i can black list your number and cancel the subscription and I said well that's great but I've been told that last Time I rang a month ago and still got charged this month. I'd also like to be refunded for the past 3 times you've charged me she said no you need to do that through optus I said we'll no optud has told me you need to that on your end. (I gave up the staff are incompetent and just say the same thing but don't resolve any issuues) I ask what's your name so I know who to speak to if I need to call again? She says I'm really sorry mam I'll black list your number have a good day' so again more persistently I ask what's your name so I can speak with you next time? She says bye have a nice day and hangs up clearly not wanting any responsibility. I call back and it's unavailbe. Dodgey company issue not resolved. Pretty damn annoyed.

There no longer is a support phone number, so you have to rely on poorly trained e-mail support staff. I don't recommend playing their games. Also very expensive in game purchases.

Gameloft is horrible, I have been locked out of my account for over 4 weeks now and I have paid well over $20,000 dollars for my account. I was number one in the world on War Planet Online and customer care will do nothing to help me not even refund me the money I spent. DO NOT BY GAMES FROM GAMELOFT. their support care has no phone number and all they do is reply to your emails with automated replies.

I work by my own in costumer care and I never expected that such a bad, ignorant and incompetent service could be possible.
Unfortunately I invested already around 150 in a Game called Asphalt8.
After 2 month playtime they changed some stats for one of my multiplayercars(invested real money). Now the car is useless.

After the last update they have several bugs in their Multiplayermode and "support" doesn't give a $#*! about anything. If you play Multiplayer and the software disconnect you, you lose points. "support" ignores any question about compensation(asked for points, not money) for lost points at all.

Overall i have to say, I will not invest a single Cent in the future in a company that doesn't care about their customers like these morons.

Hello gameloft,

My grandmom has by mistanke had an mothly sms suscription on games by sms, which cost her 50 kr. Around 7 euro each month. She hasn't been able to cancel that suscription the way you have described it should be canceled and I haven't been able to do so to. She has suscibed for that sms service for a very long time without getting anything for a long time now, i really hope you can help, cancel this suscription right away.

I've been playing Kingdom (Disney) for about a month now. Out of the blue, I received a message saying I was banned' for cheating. Mind you… I've never cheated and don't know the first thing on how to cheat, especially on an app! I've emailed tons of times to try to resolve the problem, but they literally do not care. The terrible customer service rep's name is Gabriel. Absolutely AWFUL. Don't even waste your time!

Gameloft represents capitalism at its mercenary worst. Their Customer Care department is a cruel joke. To paraphrase a popular Youtube video, crazy, nasty-ass Gameloft don't care. In response to my complaint that a glitch after their latest update had robbed me of a quite inconvenient but not enormous amount of in-game currency when attempting to purchase evolution materials, their stand was that since this transaction did not show up on their end there was nothing they could do for me. No amount of reasoning could persuade them to part with the few lines of code that would have saved them a customer. While admittedly not a big spender, I have made several purchases from them over the year that I have been playing DH5, but they would still prefer to lose my business rather than compensate me for my loss, even though the actual cost to them would be nothing. I am done with Gameloft and sincerely recommend that anyone else avoid ever becoming involved in one of their games.

It's such a scam. Played Disney Magic Kingdom. It will not let you earn the main characters- you have to buy them. They each cost a large amount. I finally broke down and bought a character and it never went into the game. I tried to get my money back and they won't answer the phone. There is no voicemail. The phone line tells you to go to the website. The website tells you to send an email (and provides no such email address). When you finally hunt down an email and send a screenshot of the purchase (as the site specifically directs you to), an email is sent in response telling you to go to the website with any issues. That is the very definition of a faceless unethical business made to cheat you out of money. Do not by any means make purchases with them.

The designers must be the worst in the industry. Steam is a better platform with better games keeping the customer in mind. Spending real money with Steam actually buys something. Gameloft wastes your money purposefully. Games are slow and uninteresting time wasters. Their server is inadequate and they are basically greedy. Sell you something worth nothing and laugh at you. So if you have more money than sense and like half-ass games Gameloft is for you.

Bait and switch tactics, I have played two of their games, they intentionally, I believe, let the Chinese use hacks and cheats, with no resolve, in order to get big spenders to spend money to keep up. Then when playersrealize the tactic, they already have cashed your check, and signed terms with iOS Apple and such, to not receive refunds. Stay away from these money suckers. I have lost quite a bit of money mistakingly investing in these games.
