Edit: The Manual Review thing still holds true and I strongly believe that there must be something they could do to further improve the system so that it doesn't inconvenience their customers.
That being said, I'd like to say that my issue with my Blue Coins purchase wasn't actually related to Blue Coins at all. Apparently, my account was incorrectly flagged and that was why my purchase was cancelled and further purchases were prohibited. Thankfully, the issue was resolved.

I bought all of this and saved around 鈧?500 (~$20) than if I'd bought it on Steam.
One problem I faced was that ALL of the orders were queued for manual review, and it would take 24 hours to be resolved.
Fair enough, I can understand wanting security.
But I had to return Far Cry Primal because it wouldn't get activated on my Uplay account.
This is of no fault of Gamersgate, it's purely Ubisoft, who we know don't really care about customers.
The return process was smooth, and Ariana, the customer service representative assigned to my case, was helpful.
One thing I didn't like was that say you build an order with more than one item in it. And you need to return one game in that order. That's not possible. The entire order will be returned and you'll need to order the other games (which might have been working properly) again. Or you can choose to get a refund in Blue Coins, which you can spend again on Gamersgate.
Example, say you order games A, B and C. But you want to return B. You don't get a refund for only B. You can choose to either return the entire order, and then buy games A and C again, or you can choose to get refunded in Blue Coins for B.
I did that for my order. I chose to get refunded in Blue Coins.
So a couple of pro-tips:
1. Send them an email to speed up the manual review process.
2. Make separate orders for each game so that you can have a hassle-free return.
Overall, no complaints from my side. I would have given it 5 stars, but the return process can be better streamlined.

I bought far cry 5. The unlock process seems weird, they didn鈥檛 send me the key to unlock it, and needless to say the game has not turned up in my account . Contacting support was useless, no reply. Will get my money back via card company. But I鈥檇 suggest that you AVOID them.

My latest purchases are a terrible experience. Many keys already used and customer support doesn't have any intention of helping. Reply always the same: "Unfortunately this serial key can't be replaced."
I paid via RezerZGold which basically is not refundable. I will ask Razer support about this maybe get a refund or something.
