This was the first site I tried buying games online from. Very glad I did. I've picked up some gems from here over the years and have always been happy with the service. Fast and friendly resolution of the few problems I've had, even on weekends and from the other side of the world.

Manual reviews are supposed to be rare or so they say but I've been hit by constant "manual reviews" for the past few months, which took a whole day to resolve.

Edit: The Manual Review thing still holds true and I strongly believe that there must be something they could do to further improve the system so that it doesn't inconvenience their customers.

That being said, I'd like to say that my issue with my Blue Coins purchase wasn't actually related to Blue Coins at all. Apparently, my account was incorrectly flagged and that was why my purchase was cancelled and further purchases were prohibited. Thankfully, the issue was resolved.

An online game store I've used for many years, that often has some very good deals. The website can be slow to access, but that's not a big problem. Sometimes an order may get flagged for manual review, but the process usually only takes a couple of minutes.

I recently bought a bunch of games off of Gamersgate during their Ubisoft sale because it was cheaper than Steam. Namely Far Cry 3, Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon, Far Cry 4, Far Cry 5, Far Cry Primal, Assassin's Creed Black Flag, Assassin's Creed II, Watch Dogs 1 and Watch Dogs 2.
I bought all of this and saved around 鈧?500 (~$20) than if I'd bought it on Steam.

One problem I faced was that ALL of the orders were queued for manual review, and it would take 24 hours to be resolved.
Fair enough, I can understand wanting security.

But I had to return Far Cry Primal because it wouldn't get activated on my Uplay account.
This is of no fault of Gamersgate, it's purely Ubisoft, who we know don't really care about customers.

The return process was smooth, and Ariana, the customer service representative assigned to my case, was helpful.

One thing I didn't like was that say you build an order with more than one item in it. And you need to return one game in that order. That's not possible. The entire order will be returned and you'll need to order the other games (which might have been working properly) again. Or you can choose to get a refund in Blue Coins, which you can spend again on Gamersgate.
Example, say you order games A, B and C. But you want to return B. You don't get a refund for only B. You can choose to either return the entire order, and then buy games A and C again, or you can choose to get refunded in Blue Coins for B.
I did that for my order. I chose to get refunded in Blue Coins.

So a couple of pro-tips:
1. Send them an email to speed up the manual review process.
2. Make separate orders for each game so that you can have a hassle-free return.

Overall, no complaints from my side. I would have given it 5 stars, but the return process can be better streamlined.

Got my cd key instantly and got the DLC I wanted at an unbeatable price I couldn't find anywhere else, will definitely be using again. Cheers 馃憤

Update: got a refund, which us good. Pity their game activation didn't work though.

I bought far cry 5. The unlock process seems weird, they didn鈥檛 send me the key to unlock it, and needless to say the game has not turned up in my account . Contacting support was useless, no reply. Will get my money back via card company. But I鈥檇 suggest that you AVOID them.

GamersGate has always provided value and most importantly, has always stood behind their products. I've purchased from them at least 50 times and when I've needed support, even for purchases made ten years ago, they've been quickly responsive and always helpful. They stand above the others. To them customer support and appreciation is a way of life.

Fast, easy delivery of games at great prices. I love this site.

There's a big chance your purchases will get flagged for "manual review" and you have to wait around 2-12 hours to even get the game(s) you paid for. Yeah, it's for security reasons. It also sucks.

Instant key delivery, recommended.

For me GamersGate has been a reliable site for a large variety of games and I have not had any problems with payments or downloads over the past 8+ years. Prices are great and any questions about the service have always been handled to my satisfaction.

They have closed down the purchase of "bluecoins" without noticing it to their customers. I've some bluecoins left in my account and can not top it up my balance and buy new games. So basically they have locked credits of their customers randomly.

Definitely the worst customer experience ever. They can just close down payment methods randomly. They are not professional at what they do. Stay away

Same story as my other orders from this website. I didn't activate key right away when I purchased but tried after a week or more to find out the key is already used. The support is not of help.

Avoid this site.

Great site with sometimes better sales than Steam. I'm customer of this site from times that Paradox owned them and every purchase was without problems.

But I do miss bundles on your site.

Took me nearly 2 days and never-ending tries to make it work
They use extremely old Activate Content tech for uplay
Which is outdated and doesn't work on 99% of the browsers

I've bought many digital games from GamersGate through the years. Without any issues. Activated and all good.
My latest purchases are a terrible experience. Many keys already used and customer support doesn't have any intention of helping. Reply always the same: "Unfortunately this serial key can't be replaced."

I paid via RezerZGold which basically is not refundable. I will ask Razer support about this maybe get a refund or something.

Quick and easy transaction, but the UI needs some work.

I cannot even create an account. I am receiving "An error has occurred while attempting to create your account."
I've tried everything: two browsers, two completely different email addresses, even two different IP addresses (from my permanent internet access and mobile).
Nothing helped.
