Updated review, got my key everything is fine, I guess they just don't send keys on the weekends could just write it on their store. But overall its fine, support answered in about 3-4 hours that was pretty fast than I initially have thought 🙂

Key is fully working and everything is fine, will buy again, but I guess dont buy it on weekends so you wont have to wait 🙂

OK for the reminder I will change the review the moment I get my key. But now I ordered pirate warriors 4 and it said instant delivery and I didn't received almost an hour passed.
I wrote support but it seems they don't have 24/7 support so now I m stuck in a void with my money gone and no key. I hope this site can send me my key cause I kinda like the site its simple but not effective as I thought.

Ordered Chimera Squad like most people here at the end of April.
Never got a key, neither in the email nor on their website.
I contacted them a day later asking for a refund.
Monday morning I got an email from them apologizing and saying my refund was approved.
Emailed a week after to check with them when I could expect to get my refund, with no reply from them
It has now been over a month and I have yet to receive my refund.

Like some other people here, I pre-ordered XCOM: Chiimera Squad just a day before release, reviews were already out. Cheapest price was this website. I received a broken e-mail upon payment. Release day came and key was not sent. I waited for Monday (27/04) to e-mail them, since they were closed on weekends, this is stated on their website. Reply came with the justification that some informatics error had occurred, and they asked if I wanted the key still or a refund. I chose the key, received it after a short time.

Conclusion:
Things happen
Upon contacting them they were very clear, professional and fast on making sure I was satisfied.
Will buy from them again if the price is right, just not a pre-order. Too many variables to account for.

Like some other ppl here i picked up a Xcom Chimera Squad preored key from this site, but as today (26 april) still no key for me. Just sad.
Edit: mailed again the support, they told me having some issue, and ask if i want a refund or the key. I choose the key and they mailed me the code after few minutes. Happens.

Paid for item yet never received key. I've sent an email with proof of purchase yet have not received any reply whatsoever after 48 hours. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Broken Links, no reply from them and the are registered as an official provider, I will never buy from them. The order confirmation message is perfect, the key delivery mail is broken, like their own logo is not showing, I do not know who had a good experience with them, but to me they look like scammers !!! Stay away.

I bought a steam key but i didn't receive it. After waiting an hour i contacted the support but it didn't reply to my email .(after that day) I send another email and now i'm still waiting for their answear and the steam key.

I don't recommend buying from here unless you are really patient

I decided to purshase Red redemption 2 (wish i didnt).
Story goes along:
So i visit the website and sees a fair deal i wish to pickup so i click the paypal button to purshase and the purshase was done the money was out of my account. after 1 hour i see no email regarding code so i enter the website and after many many hours of trying to login i find my order on "wait" proof: imgur.com/ a/uBkP12b
it's been 12 hours after sending support ticket and yet no answer.
i will update as it goes on.

Update: Seems like they do not respond and i just wasted 50$ stay away from thisS** place..

Changed from 1 to 3/5 beacuse they gave me the game after 24 hours.

Takes effing forever to get the key, ABSOULETLY no mail that I even made a purchase. No response from support (email or facebook fanpage).
No money or key. Not recommended.

EDIT: They told me I would get my money back because their system didint process my order correctly. 7 Days later and I still didin't get my money back.
EDIT 2: after mailing them I finally got my money back. But still, i Wouldnt bother with them.

I bought Hitman GOTY in really good price. The activation key was send to my email immediately. I had no problem with Games Republic.

I haven't recieved my game key its been like 4hours i written a support an email haven't got a response i bought pubg

I bought a key on this site with paypal and the key never arrived. Contacting the support they told me that for some reason my order has activated their anti-fraud systems. I sent other emails and they replied that they now have some technical problems in sending the codes automatically. In the end I got tired and asked for the refund they approved. I've been waiting a week and they've just been wasting my time. I will never buy on this site again. It is the first and last time.

First order : Support say: your order has been refunded due to high risk score level.

I can't even make an account to purchase stuff, since like 3 days, contacted support, they told me to wait…you do realize you are losing customers, especially around Black Friday?
Edit: After 5 days I could finally register, but still couldn't purchase..it won't direct me to paypal or any paying method,its in my order history, but no paying option..seriously, this is just a sad joke.

I bought dragon ball xenoverse 2 deluxe and got an email saying order number. Now, I put that in and that didn't work so I guessed there was supposed to be another email. I have waited over 10hours for that email. So either I have been given a false code or their 'instant delivery' is a load of crap.

Got it after 1 whole day of waiting. Honestly you shouldn't put instant delivery if you can't guarantee it.

I received wrong code. I bought ESO Summerset Upgrade Steam key, as it turned out it wasn't Steam key. The one I received I should activate on Bethesda's site, but I couldn't because I have base game activated on Steam. After contacting with their support on Facebook, they told me that I should get my money back in one day, to 18.09.2018. We have 20.09.2018, I still don't have my money back, and their support is READING my messages on Facebook, but they are not responding. That's just plain f*cked up customer service… gg 0/10 would not recommend

Okay, so their customer service employee contacted me next day after posting this review (coincidence?), he told me that I should receive my money soon. Finally on Friday (21.09) afternoon the funds were on my bank account. I'm changing the rating to 3/5 from 1/5. It wasn't smooth, but I finally got my money back.

I've ordered about 9 hours ago and still haven't received my Project Cars 2 key.

The "Instant Delivery" that they advertise with is a blatant lie. I highly doubt that reason my key hasn't been delivered is due to another "Technical Issue", I quite frankly believe that they don't have an IT system in place that can handle this.

I've just reported Games Republic for false advertising to Trading Standards and if I haven't received my key within the next hour I'll raise a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Future customers, stay away you've been warned.

dishonest; they say its instant delivery, but they do not instantly deliver your purchased item, been waiting for around an hour, nothing received, sent emails to their support, no reply, finally i sent them an email asking for full refund and no reply again, called their phone number (got it from paypal) the phone is incorrect!!!

I want a full refund.
