After a DHL courier made an error and sent my purchase back to Ganni, I contacted Ganni鈥檚 customer service and was eventually given a discount code for my patience. My only negative is the amount of days I had to wait for a substantial response from customer service. Head office: please hire more customer services agents – having a sale on your website doesn鈥檛 mean customers should be expected to wait days for a response

My card was used fraudulently to make a purchase from Ganni. For 2 days I have been unable to reach anyone at customer support, and I have sent many emails to no response from Ganni. I am on complete disability for Pancreatic cancer, a massive heart attack, and juvenile diabetes; so the money stolen from me is quite important to my survival. The only person with the company I am able to reach is at the NY location. Brandon, who is the assistant manager at the NY location, refused to help me reach anyone else who could assist me; he repeatedly directed me to a number that rings once and goes to a voicemail message incapable of receiving messages. I hope as many people see this review as possible. This review will be shared amongst the 4500 Facebook friends I have nationwide next. Horrible customer service with Ganni; and they definitely do not prevent theft.

Bad quality of footwear. The heel of their boots are extremely made of low quality. You can't bike with it ever otherwise you risk getting a dent on it. The material it's made of is soft.

I have many gorgeous pieces from Ganni but purchased a long maxi crepe dress online and after a few wears threads started to appear unraveling on a number of places on the skirt.
I wrote to customer care with images of the fabric flaw. They didn鈥檛 accept a return or exchange for the dress. I would have expected better quality considering the price of the dress and absolutely better customer care. So disappointed with Ganni and will not be so quick to buy their products again.

Gianni is my go-to brand! They always provide great quality and wonderful clothes! Everything is on point! They have great service both in store and online.

i really like Ganni's range but am unlikely to shop there again due to their returns policy. to be fair i wanted to return something way out of the 14 day return, but the item is tagged and still bagged and still in season and for sale at full price but they wouldn't exchange for a larger size even though i was willing to pay the shipping.
