A little disappointed mat does not lay flat where tires run. Mat has ripples or waves where tires track on the flooring. Lays flat in middle.

I ordered the diamond flex nitro tiles in black and light gray (to create a checker board pattern)fir my garage because I wanted a a better quality tile that was more quiet than the plastic tiles. The materials as delivered were as expected and very easy to install. I unfortunately did not notice the not so obvious disclaimer that said that lighter colored tiles could be discolored by car tires. Almost immediately the light gray tiles were discolored with a tattooed pattern of the tire trend. Attempts to remove the discoloration were unsuccessful after using multiple types of cleaners. I suggest that the product description include a very bold font warning that cars in hot weather states should be very wary of light colored tiles. Otherwise, except for these blemishes my garage floor looks great. For warned is fore armed!!!

I have made several attempts to contact you via phone as well as electronically but to no avail. It would have been nice to have an idea of the rather lengthy time it is taking to receive the product- in fact I am still waiting to receive my floor mats. It has been between 4 to 5 weeks since my order was placed and I understand it has not even shipped yet. I had been reluctant to park my cars in my garage as I painted the floors in anticipation of the mat delivery. Because my vehicles were parked outside, they were vandalized. I suggest you temper your claims of outstanding service- I have yet to experience excellence and therefore will never recommend your company to family & friends.

I had a few cuts in the flooring. I emailed Marcel Terrazas and never received an answer from him. I have gotten compliments on how the floor looks, but I had a table sitting over the cuts. I am disappointed in your service after the floor is delivered. I am no longer impressed with your customer service and apparently you are not concerned with your customers after getting your payment. I will not be recommending your company to anyone who asks.

Very happy with the nitro tile order. Fast shipping, and they installed perfectly. Will buy from them again without hesitation.

Delivery of order came on 3 separate shipments over a week. Crazy!

I bought (3) 7'-6" wide rolls by 22' long of the standard grade diamond pattern vinyl to cover my 2-car garage. So far so good. But I'll write another evaluation after what the winter and snow drop from the vehicles render. What it did do is cover up a mess of failed garage floor paint from the "rust" company. After how easy these rolls went down, I'd never recommend painting or high end epoxy coating your garage floor. The price and delivery was good. By the way, the new flooring sweeps and cleans much easier than any painted floor.

Never sent my order stopped answering my phone calls. Very frustrating.Y鈥檃ll are the worst.

I've painted the garage floor for years, only lasting 2 years at a time. This stuff looks show-room beautiful and will last. It was much easier to cut and install than painting. Very easy clean-up compared to concrete. Highly recommend.

THEY LOST MY ORDER AND ARE NOT VERY HELPFUL

We had an issue and called service 3 weeks ago and never heard back. Like the mats are not staying down flat even after we taped there are waves in the matting like ocean waves. Put in numerous requests but still haven't returned our calls and emails. Very Disgruntled Purchaser.
Update: we received a response on here saying they would be in touch. That was 4 days ago and we still have not heard ANYTHING! Completely DISGRUNTLED!

Great product. Helpful salesman. Good price. Only issue. Once the client describes the project and the salesman figures out the need can you send to the client your rendering so we know what piece goes where? When I installed I had pieces that did not go and extra pieces and missing pieces. Thank you.

Received 1st box a month ago. Second box has not been shipped as of today. If they are both coming from the same state as order stated. What is the problem,

missing tiles… Been trying to get the missing tiles sent.. But 2 months.. nothing

I wish I didn鈥檛 order anything from you. Some tiles were delivered in damaged boxes and I am still waiting for other tiles. Unreliable Been a month— still waiting. what does SHORTLY mean? NOW ITS JULY 26 and you are still reaching out? Where da F are my tiles?

When ordering my flooring it said it would ship the 6-17-2020 and once I paid for my order it changed to 8-7-2020, disappointed!!

I knew I was buying cheap materials but this is ridiculous. The carpet tiles came in 3 different colors and some had to much glue on them and some didn't have enough. Also many were cut at an angle so were useless. From an order of 12 boxes I was able to use about 8 and even at that I couldn't finish the job. Haven't heard back from them with multiple e-mails sent asking for compensation.

Rubber mates have not flattened even after I placed heavy weight on sides that are rippling like a wave. This looks like due to them being rolled and placed in hot truck for transport. I want a refund my garage gym floors look like crap.
