If there could be something less then 1 star believe I would use it. I purchased a canopy replacement, and in 2 months it was faded so bad, I had to take it down!! We live in Pa. and have had a rainy summer with very few sunny days, and it faded so much it looked awful!! Shame on Garden Winds for such poor quality!! I was told the darker the color the more they fad!!! It got me once, you're not getting me again!! Buyer beware look elsewhere!!!!

If I could give no stars I would!! I ordered a replacement canopy for my Home Depot swing. I waited since July for it. It just came in now and is not the one I ordered!! It鈥檚 not the right colour, or size and is too small! They keep
Demanding pictures of it and won鈥檛 take my word that it doesn鈥檛 fit even though the receipt is totally different from the original one I ordered! Then they said I could return it but with a $46 deduction for shipping!!! This place is as crooked as they come!! Do not order from them!!!

I purchased a replacement canopy for the Hampton Bay pergola we purchased at Home Depot in 2015. The shipment arrived promptly and we've installed it on the pergola so we can enjoy summer weather. There weren't any instructions, but we figured it out. The original end flap that protects the bunched up cover from collecting water/leaves is different, but otherwise it looks great. I'm so glad I found Garden Winds!

I have purchased pergola canopy's from Garden Winds previously and was completely satisfied with their replacement canopy's. I have been purchasing their ripstop canopy's but the material does not hold up for more than a year. But you have to purchase a new canopy every year. This year I ordered a new canopy made out of heavier material. I received this new canopy and tried it on my pergola and found this new canopy had sixteen short ties on it whereas mine has eight long ties. I thought they had made a mistake so I reordered and they sent me back the same wrong canopy. I returned this one and contacted their customer service. I was given a replacement number that was supposed to be the correct number for my canopy, I ordered it again using this supposedly correct number and received exactly the same wrong canopy only this one had the ties attached with Velcro. I called and talked to the customer service representative. I asked her if they even made a replacement canopy for my pergola. She kept stating the were manufactured in China but she eventually admitted they did not make a replacement for my pergola. From the beginning all I wanted was a canopy that fit my pergola. All she had to do was say NO they did not make a canopy to fit my pergola and I would have been satisfied. I would not have ordered another one again and again. I would not recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY …. they will rob you . They quality is horrible . They advertise that the quality is good , no tears durable… they are liars. I purchased one 4 months later took it down and when I tried to put it back up the following summer it started to tear. Contacted them only to be told my warranty was up because I had pre- ordered it in the winter cause it was out of stock I didn鈥檛 put up till summer.
I patched it myself and put it up , a few weeks later more tears . It is now garbage . Tears everywhere . 4 months use when the original canopy lasted 6 years .
Order elsewhere do not trust them.

I found the exact canopy I needed on their website, ordered it though I knew at the time the price was ridiculous. The canopy I received was NOT the item depicted on the webpage. Have already sent back and forth 5 email correspondence trying to correct the purchase. They keep you running in circles wanting more information, photos, dimensions, manuals, etc. You will never get a refund or the correct item, all I am asking for is the one depicted in the photo on their webpage, beware!!! they are crooks!!!

If I could give a zero I would. I purchased 2 replacement canopies with tax and shipping it came out to $149.74, I received it and these canopies weren鈥檛 worth $20 a piece. It was very thin and it was garbage. So I returned them for a refund. So, in their website they claim if you use 鈥淭heir鈥?label that鈥檚 enclosed, they will deduct $10, sounds reasonable, but I decided instead to purchase my own label, and they still deducted $10??? Ummm, excuse me, I PIAD TO RECIVE IT AND I STILL GET CHARGED $10. !! I asked why is that and no one could give me a straight answer. Karma will get those thieves!

Was only on gazebo 3 months this summer when taking down for HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE PRODUCT! Was only on gazebo 3 months this summer when taking down for fall, it was dry rotted, and tore everywhere. We had waterproofed it as recommended. So disappointed. Contacted Garden winds for warranty coverage, they gave option to rebuy for 29.00. So we did. The replacement for the replacement gazebo has only been on 3 weeks now and already has a horizontal 3.5鈥?split In it. Contacted gardenwinds, they say there is nothing they can do as they already sent a replacement once is all they help with. Wehave no trees in our yard, and live in Ohio not the desert to dry it out. HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE PRODUCT!

Purchased replacement 3 years ago, first one was somewhat better, we went through great efforts to store it properly end of summers, it now has holes and you could see where it is starting to shred in other areas. Was told by the company that these only last between 1 – 3 seasons only! Would it even last a season if one lived in warm weather and had it up all the time? At $204.99 USD a pop to replace…it鈥檚 a money grab! Cheapest thing ever, first time I鈥檝e purchased from Garden Winds and needless to say, my last. They are not a reputable company who stand by their product. Go buy from reputable, honest companies!

This is my second time buying from them my first one was purchased in May 2018 I would have proved it and UV protected it with Sprite put it up for May to the end of September folded up nicely put it in a plastic bag and stored it in the basement until next season this year in 2020 we put it up we had a light wind storm and it shred it call the company nothing but heartache how to buy a second one they couldn't even give me a discount and it turns out this is the only company who makes these replacement parts for home Depot canopies my suggestion go elsewhere and buy your gazebos don't buy from home Depot because this company is the only one who can replace the canvas

Unbelievably Inferior products and belligerent customer service – they're always right, you're always wrong.

Their replacement canopies are garbage. Here's what to expect:
1) They are unlikely to fit. leading to even moderate rain bellying up and stretching out the top, making it useless.
2) If you buy a dark color top, it will fade to pink in a few months (I live in NJ, not Equatorial Africa)
3) They will rip in a mild wind, and will turn to dust by the end of the season.

This company has a well-deserved F rating at BBB. They do not even bother to respond to negative reviews on Amazon (or BBB). Once they have your money, you are stuck with their garbage product.

If you buy one on Amazon – FROM THEM – their 6-month "warranty" featured on their website does NOT apply. You are stuck w/ Amazon's 30-day return policy. I bought a canopy in Feb. but didn't put it until May. It failed in the first mild rain. Altho being inside their "6 month warranty period", they told me to stuff it; it's my problem. I jumped threw all their hoops, providing photographic evidence, etc and it meant nothing.

Having bought 4 previous replacement canopies and several other items from them over a 10-year span, they treated me like dirt instead of a valued repeat customer.

I hope you enjoy my $150, Mr. Yim.

Ive purchased 2 replacement awnings in the past from them. They were great, no issues. I needed to purchase a new one this year and when i put it up, it collected water in one spot. I contacted Garden Winds and they wouldn't exchange it .
They told me they couldn't guarantee that the next awning would'nt do that too. THAT says it all for this company. Even they think the awnings are not made correctly.

This is my 2nd order for a replacement canopy over 7 years.
After I put the new canopy up it was too small. I wrote to them
over a 2 week period sending photos and documents they said
they could not help, I asked if there was a problem with manufacturing
but they would not answer. Poor manufacturing and Poor customer service.

Purchase a replacement canopy, it fit really well and looked good when installed, then it rained. Leaked everywhere. when I contacted customer service they said " We suggest removing the canopy any time you will be experiencing inclement weather, as our canopies are meant to provide shade from the sun."
What a ripoff. Don't waste your money.

DO NOT BUY! The canopy replacement I received is defective with the top tier canopy way too big to fit. I don鈥檛 have a model number but the frame was exactly the same, from the same retailer, with the same model name. They insisted it was a different version of the gazebo without providing any evidence. I spent CAD$239 for a canopy that I cannot use. Now I have to spend approximately CAD $100 (return shipping cost, plus USD $45 deduction) to have it returned! SO UNREASONABLE!!! WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!

I ordered a replacement canopy and paid extra for a upgraded canopy. It is complete garbage. Water seeps right through it. This is my 4th canopy I have ordered but the 1st 1 from this company. This is the only canopy that had water go through. Don't waste your money.

Bought a replacement canopy from them in 2016. it was pricey but looked good, although obviously cheaper quality then the original. a wind storm tore it to shreds in 2018 and in January 2019 i emailed with MY BILL OF SALE from the first order i made with them to ask for the same one again. They insisted that my ordering history would come into play, and sent me a link to order. I did that, and after WAITING 8 MONTHS I got a replacement which was the wrong color and for the wrong swing, It fit but I had to make screw holes in it so i expect it won't last very long. They insist it's my error and won't do anything as they said multiple times. After we explained that I had to cut holes for the screws the tune changed to "oh we would have taken it back if you hadn't done that."

I purchased a cushion and canopy for my swing . The operation that took my order information was quite confident that the size was correct ( I wont mention the color which was not as described) .
When I received my order the size of the cushion was not the size of the original cushion. There was a 2 inch gap on each side.
So I called to set up a return and was told they DO NOT SEND RETURN LABELS , So I went to UPS to get a return shipping label with a 150.00 price tag connected to it. That was more then the cushion. I did not get the return shipping label , I though I would give them a call back to see if I was misinformed . They had it shipped to me for 25.00 dollars .
This is what I was told.
We have a contract with UPS not you .
we do not and will not provide a return shipping label.
I was transfered to management and was told, word for word the same scripted line. I then asked who her boss was and was told she answers to the CEO who does not take calls or e.mails but I was more then welcome to blast my dissatisfaction all over social media .. I want the public to if you order its at your own risk.They do not back the merchandice. I looked them up on the BBb and they had an F . I wish I would have read the reviews and did some home work .

Don't expect a replacement cover to be the same quality as an original. The seams are simple one-ply instead of sealed french seams. Every seam on the new cover leaks and even after going over them with sealer it will take extra coats because the seams will stretch open when pulling the cover over the frame. The "water resistant" rip stop nylon is not even close to water resistant.
Over all this will turn a rain resistant gazebo into a glorified sunshade. Save your money and don't bother with this company.
