Spent 鈧?12 with this company but less than half of the order arrived and I haven鈥檛 received any response from their customer service team. Of the plants that DID arrive, my 25 lavender plants were all entirely dead – absolutely no chance of them coming back to life – and the rest were in dire conditions also. Will be making a complaint to the European trade commission unless I hear from the company & receive a refund in the next couple of days.

Before Review their trees let me just say the delivery time and over all Website UX and UI experience is really good, fast and straight forward.

My Order 9-338369 Lemon and Orange Combo was the only order that arrived perfect and it seems to be thriving! Bear in mind, all my trees are kept inside in a control environment with a lot of light.

All of the other 8 trees on the other hand arrived with a aphid infestation that took me a while to get under control. The aphids were pretty noticeable so I could tackle straight, way the apple leaves had a white dust on some of them which I didn't pay too much attention to.

But it turned out to be a fungus Podosphaera leucotricha, and by the time was able to buy and apply a anti fungus it was too late the trees are dying. And the aphid infestation on the other trees was not under control after all just this morning I had to remove some leaves from the cherry and apple tree, 2 of the cherry trees were too far gone and another 2 are on the way. From all of 10 trees only 2 will survive.

The quality of the trees is just horrendous! Is absolutely disgusting for them to sell trees in such state. I've contacted customer but I was completely ignored, they are non-existent.

Conclusion, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP unless with got a whole lot of pesticide, anti-fungal and a lot of time in your hands trying to rescue their diseased trees.

I have ordered from them twice since since lockdown at first when I realised they were out of the uk I thought this is going to be a nightmare delivery will be slow considering I have been waiting for a uk company to delivery for over a month.
Anyway I was really surprised when a week later they arrived I was so happy I planted them immediately and gave them a good drink they are doing great so 5 days ago I ordered more they arrived yesterday and I planted them immediately. The compost was still wet when they arrived.
This shows that other companies are using the outbreak as an excuse for allowing over ordering. Will definitely be using again when they have more fruit trees in stock.

UPDATE
I have ordered a 3rd time from them during lockdown my plants except 1 bulb (they are refunding me for) are thriving. I have had no experience of bug infestations or any problems at all. Maybe I have been lucky but I doubt it seems as I have had 3 flawless deliveries from them.

Although it says Gardens4you.ie, all the plants are sent from the Netherlands. MIne arrived 9 days after I ordered them and they were either dead or dying. I don't think they were even good quality to start with. They bore no resemblance to the magnificent photos on their website. I had to send photos (not that easy) and even then it took a long time to get a refund which came in two payments. In these difficult times gardening is one thing we can do so my disappointment with all the dead and withered plants is understandable. My advice is don't buy from them. Always check that the plants your are ordering are being posted from somewhere local even if they originate from further afield. That way there is less likelihood of them arriving dead and useless.

Appalling people
This company knows nothing about customer service they sent me items I hadn鈥檛 ordered and when I contacted them they have been extremely rude. One of the items they sent me has no label so could be any one of a number of Passiflora. They say if I want to return the plants it鈥檚 at my expense. I have never before encountered such appalling people. Be advised shop elsewhere. We all deserve better and there are much better companies out there

The company have not refunded me for one plant as they stated in their reply. Draw your own conclusions from that.
