Booked flight thru gate1, in february my flight was cancelled and I sign that it will be REFUNDED. After waiting 4 months, with no answers and no money refunded Im really desperate. I communicate with airlines and they claimed that MY MONEY WAS REFUNDED AT 31.March. Today after silence i recieve a vouncher to book again on gate1. I DONT KNOW IF I HAVE TO LAUGH OR CRY. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. They have no telephone number, I dont believie they have so many customers due to coronavirus that they cant communicate with me for 4 month. Im less important? with my stolen 1700Euros? PLEASE NEVER BOOK AGAIN

Unsupportive. Don t book a flex ticket! It s a waste of money since the company doesn t answer any emails or questions… They are absolutely not reachable. Worst booking I ve ever had.

I booked tickets online with Gate1.at from Vienna to Bogota for 1054 EUR. Something went wrong during the payment process. I paid with Sofort 脺berweisung via my mobile. After the payment was sent and confirmed on my phone, the website of Gate1.at didn't recognize that I already paid. So it asked me to make the payment again. So I couldn't move forward in the booking process without paying again, which I of course didn't do. To summarize, I paid for my ticket but never received it. The only way to contact Gate1 is to write an email, they have still not replied after 2 working days. I hope they reply soon and send me the booking confirmation or return my money!!! Otherwise I have to report it to the police.

With your web seit is evrything perfect, but BA (British Airways) is far from ok. They were very unprofessionell, they charge 50鈧?per luggage, in London where I had to change the flight they did not give me my buggy for my 11 months old baby so I had to carry her around with my handbags and one more childe. On plane was food not eatable (to spicy) my childe was hungry 9 hours, thanks god I had take food for my baby so He could eat some fruit. The first crew was very nice but when we flight back home they were not fine at all. Not to mention that they lost my luggage and that we almost missed the flight back to vieena because they were to slowly, on airport in London they didn't even try to call us on speaker.

Mybe I forgot something but in general it was horrible to fly with them.

I hope you can fix some things because I will never ever fly with them.

I was trying to book a return flight to the USA from Europe with check in baggage. Even though I clicked through the page that I had bags to check in, for some strange reason it was only booked for the first flight but not the return flight. (Why would I only purchase check in baggage one way?)
Contacting the agency, I was told I can puchase the check in bags option later. When I tried to do that, after 30mins clicking through the website of the airline operating that flight I was not able to find a way to buy the check in baggage option for the return flight.
Contacting the agency again, they then told me, that it is not possible to buy it online. I will need to buy it at the airport.
Funny note on the side: The airlines are offering the check in baggage for 鈧?0 online on their homepage, gate1.at was selling it for 鈧?9 per person. So in the end, I would not just have saved time, I would also have saved money going directly through the airline's homepage and buying the tickets there. What a rip-off and bad service!

I booked my flight tickets and after 30 minutes my reservation has been cancelled. They took my money and I still do not have them and it's been more than two weeks. I called them at least three times and they said, yes sure you will get them back in few days, however nothing happened till now. Never again!!!I am going to take all necessary steps to get them back. I filed for an criminal report! ———————————————————————————————— Nice that you replied that you sent the money, BUT I still have not received them!!! Liars.
