I was able to buy 2 corgis by someone that lived in Virigina who said they could not longer take care of them because they moved into a place that would not pets. They said they could give me the dogs for free and all I had to pay for was the transportation fee which was $450 through the transportation agency called Gatewayship. The website is fake don't trust it. Do not trust gatewayship!! It is a SCAM!!

I was to have 2 French bulldog puppies transported by gatewayship on October 21st from Norfolk, Virginia to Oakland CA. On October 20th, I paid $480 on PayPal to [email聽protected] as advised by the company for shipping and handling of the 2 puppies. The next day, Oct. 21st, I et a text that they need another $820.00 to rent a crate due to weather conditions. They gave me told me to use Zelle and send it to Ashley Thomas – but my bank declined and I received a fraud alert. Then they told me to try sending via cash app. I sent the money to [email聽protected], and the charge of $820 went to &ashb405 on cash app. I was charged $820 instantly and couldn't reverse charges. They said they didn't get payment and to Then they said that was wrong to send 2 payments to $68stephanies in two payments, one of $500 and an of $320 on cash app. Finally, they asked me to send money via apple pay (443) 319-3984 or google pay. This is when I stopped and decided this was too much and was very unprofessional and strange. I told them I no longer wanted their services and requested a refund and have yet to hear from the company. This back and forth exchanged from 12:00 pm-4:00 pm. They kept texting me that I needed to hurry and send payment or else the puppies wouldn't be able to board the flight. It was extremely stressful and frustrating.
The company, or whoever they are, have my home address, email, and phone number.
I have screenshots of some of the paypal transition of $480 and the $820 transition on cashapp. I also havebank statements which show me trying to stop payments from going through. But they were infact completed.
