These guys are great, I don't understand the negative reviews? The whole experience was flawless. I will definitely be using them whenever I fly from now on.

In short: waited for my car to be brought back for 4hrs. In the meantime, I got no response to my attempts to contact them. However, it was not only me. There must have been about 20 people at the car park expecting their vehicles, some for much longer than me.
My car was in a horrible state. Mud all over it. Muddy marks inside. The guy who brought it did not dare say a word.
I tried complaining afterwards. Got no response to calls, emails, even recorded mail letters. The letters could not be delivered, so I doubt this company even exists as such.
So if you want your car back at all, I'd say – stay away from these people.

If I could rate 0 stars I would . After calling to pick up my car , my baggage came out out a little late . We arrived at the collection point 10minutes later than expected to be greeted by a very confrontational man who began to shout about how we had wasted his time , he then proceeded to call us bitches and sl*ts when we tried to explain, and demanded money for making him wait ! The most vile creatures I have ever encountered . Will not be using them again !

Criminal investigating ongoing. Please report to police damage to your car. 42 were vandalised between Jan 3-10. They do not answer emails or phone calls. Not registered with Gatwick. Bunch of Cowboys.
No response from them after 11 days and zero confidence they will cover the 拢9k of damage to my car. Do they even have insurance? If they do I doubt any insurance company they had would pay out.
Park cars in muddy field without adequate security.
Been on BBC 3 times to discuss this. Asked head of company to speak with me prior to BBC interviews and of course no call. Spent over 10 hours on hold to them on phone and now given up.
Company should be shut down and owners criminally prosecuted.
Feel free to sue me for libel.

42 cars vandalised including mine. 拢7k of damage plus car will be off the road for 6 weeks. Car scratched all over requires total respray. Heard zero from the company about insurance claim. Car was returned caked in mud inside and out. Employees had been in the car and potentially used it.
Criminal investigation is ongoing.
They are not registered with Gatwick airport.
They lied and told me they had a crime reference id for my car. I called Sussex police and it had not been sought.
Do not use if you value your car.

First of all, the system has changed. You now have to go in the Short term car park, all the way up to level 6, which is more time consuming – adds 5 mins to the journey.
When I picked up my car, I was given the ticket to get out of the parking lot. I assumed the ticket had already been paid, but it had not. So there I was at the exit booth, having to reverse the car in order to go back to the pay machine located inside the car park. That caused an extra 10 minutes wasted, plus an extra 拢3.00 that I was not expecting to pay.
Looking forward to their comments regarding the above.

It was a good service although we landed early hours of the morning and went to leave car park.Put ticket in machine to get out assuming it was paid as had already paid 拢60.
It's written in the small print the guy on the phone tells me that you pay 拢3 to get out.
It's not a lot of money but it should be included in the price.
Apart from that grumble it was good.

They were quite quick to pick up the car and check it over but we were told when we called to drop the car in the car park instead of the drop off area. We had not previously been advised of this or of the 拢3 charge for entering the car park which we had to pay on the way out.
We forgot our wallet in the car and the driver came back to give it to us which was great.

we followed the instructions when collecting our car, called at 23:37 as we were collecting our bags expecting the car to be delivered within 20 minutes. despite four further calls over the next hour and a half we finally had our car delivered at 01:15. despite having the ticket in our hand stating the car was to be delivered at 00:00 we were told we were wrong. we were not the only ones, seven other people over the time we were waiting were in the same position waiting in excess of an hour for their cars. I would never use these people again.

We had no problem with the parking service it was all good,

But we had some money stolen from our car that we left to pay for the car park on the way out!!

Only disappointment was that we were not aware we had to for the parking on the way out. this would not have been a problem if we had been made aware from the start or it had been clearer when booking!

We were leaving from the North Terminal at Gatwick, and returning to the South so this sevice was ideal otherwise we would have had to select parking at one or other.
Within minutes of us arrving at the airport the car was taken for us and we walked straight into departues. On our return the driver returned our car within minutes of us coming through the arrivals hall. No having to find the long term car park, waiting for and cathcing a shuttle bus dragging our luggage etc. The perfect start and end to a holiday

Have used Gatwick Sky Parking half a dozen times over the last 8 months, they have always been on time and with no issues or fuss, good value for money and so much better than parking and bussing in.

You call the number given to you on confirmation of your booking about 15 – 20 minutes before you arrive. Drive to the designated place and usually while you are getting your suitcases onto the airport trolley, one of the staff will arrive and take you through the process, check around your car, write you a receipt card (don't lose it as you will need it to get your car back upon your return), and drive off with your car to be securely parked. This takes less than 5 minutes. Now go and enjoy your holiday!

Overall, I was extremely frustrated by this firm. First, NO phone number was included on the papers I downloaded after making my booking (blank space where phone number should have been). Consequently, I arrived at the airport but had no way of phoning the controller to say I was there as no phone number on ANY of the paperwork!! Crazy!! Rang home to try to get a number from the internet – but that was impossible as no numbers given on the website. Ridiculous! Eventually the controller phoned me telling me off for not informing him I was at the airport!!! I explained but he didn't seem to understand that I had no number on the papers. If he had not phoned me, I do not know how we would have met up and I probably would have had to take my car to the long-term carpark. Had to wait a further anxious 20 minutes for person to arrive to take my car away. Also, directions for where to meet chauffer were pretty terrible and did not accord with what I saw when arriving at Gatwick. On return, the plane was 1.5 hrs early. I phoned when picked up bags, only to be told off again that the controller had not been told I would be early. I did not know I would be early – flight had strong tailwind and I had no idea of early arrival until well into the flight. Person arrived with car after I stood in the cold for 10 minutes (20 minutes after phoning). It is ridiculously unclear where exactly to meet chauffer on both arrival at airport and arrival from flight. Directions on paperwork are poor – and chauffer arrived at different lane on each occasion so that I had to wheel my bags across traffic on both occasions. Ridiculous. I will never use this service again. Will pay a little bit extra for the on-airport service. This was a very poor service – and I resent being told off for things that are not my fault. If I have given a time of arrival at the airport (for departure) when booking, why do I need to phone 20 minutes before I arrive? First of all, it is dangerous to phone while driving (I was travelling alone) and the company had my time of arrival and should have been waiting for me. Other meet & greet firms expect you to phone if you are going to be more than 15 minutes LATE. I arrived almost to the minute that I stated when booking. I was certainly NOT a happy customer and will never use this firm again.
