Ordered my Nissan Qashqai in March before the lockdown, this caused major delays with delivery dates kept being pushed back. Eventually in August Tracey offered to move the date back to September so I could benefit from the new registration.
Car delivered today exactly as planned, even had a call an hour before delivery saying he was on his way.
Car was delivered with 5 miles on the clock and my part exchange was collected 2 hours later.
As with many others I was dubious of the deal and had many sleepness nights, all to no avail.
I can't recommend any higher

Today I took delivery of my Nissan new generation Juke Tekna+ I am absolutely delighted with the car and the amazing amount of money I saved, this saving allowed me to get the top of the range model. Everything from the ordering online to the delivery was brilliant and Tracey鈥檚 communication was 1st class, every week you receive an email with updates. Obviously because of lockdown there were unavoidable delays, but Tracy kept me informed every step of the way. Like everyone mentions ordering a car online seems a bit daunting but the amount you save compared to Dealerships is well worth it.

Just taken delivery of our Qashqai Tekna and we are delighted. We ordered the car in February for March delivery and we were a bit apprehensive about buying the car over the internet however Tracey has been very good keeping us informed and reassured. The only downside of our purchase was that we should have had it delivered on 25th March but due to Covid 19 we have only received it today. The delivery driver was very good and informative. Look forward to learning to drive an automatic!

The price is great and the service generally reliable but be very careful ; if anything, and I mean anything, goes wrong, this organisation clams up and will not communicate. Alex would rather lose a customer than part with 拢7.50 to share the cost of a jointly created problem. Don't let me put you off, but make sure every little detail of the transaction is nailed down and discharged correctly to avoid being out of pocket

When I posted the towbar I emailed gbcardeals saying they should have added the towbar to the checklist the collection driver went through very carefully. I suggested that maybe they'd like to share the postage cost in return for this improvement in their process. There was no reply. There was no response to several emails I sent over several weeks trying to establish whether the towbar had been received.
But I have a response now, thanks to Trustpilot! I rest my case and wish Alex and gbcardeals continued success.

Today I took delivery of my Nissan X Trail from GBcardeals. I am absolutely delighted with the car and with the price I paid, which was around 拢9000 cheaper than going to my local Nissan dealer. I was initially highly (but very glad to now state being totally wrong) concerned about this type of new vehicle process. I can clearly state that everything, including an exceptional first class delivery system, went completely according to plan and the vehicle was delivered exactly as advised and on the due date. Throughout this process I was regularly updated of the delivery dates by Tracey, and saved 拢4000 on the price the vehicle would have cost me from our local franchised provider way down in the far South West of England.

I was sceptical about buy on line and indeed I paid the company a visit. There I met the director Alex and Tracy the secretary and all my worries vanished. It was so easy to buy my new ford kuga at much less than cost than at a dealership. I was updated every week on the progress of my car by phone and email. my car took three weeks longer than expected, but still four weeks quicker than a dealership. I had given four stars because of the delay. However due to the delay my car was delivered by transporter at no cost. So GB Car deals I upgrade you to five stars. I am a very happy customer.

I received an excellent service from Tracy and Alex, they kept me informed every step of the way with both phone calls and emails.
The whole process took just over 1 week from ordering the car to having it delivered.
You are protected by section 75 of the consumer credit act.This covers the whole amount of the transaction up to 30K if you pay the initial deposit on credit card. Examples of this are clear to see from the Martin Lewis website.
If anyone reading this is sceptical about buying a car this way then don't be, I can vouch for GB Car Deals. Easy process and the price quoted is what you pay.

Many thanks to both Alex and Tracey for making the whole process quick, easy and saving me over 拢4k off the list price. Even though Honda is not listed on the GBCardeals website, Alex managed to source one to my exact spec and promising delivery within 3 weeks when other online brokers were quoting Dec/Jan lead times. I opted for trailer delivery and the car arrived at 10am on the day as promised. Delivery man was in no hurry, allowing me plenty of time to thoroughly check over the car. It had 5 miles on the clock, all manuals, 2 keys and a full Honda dealer pre-delivery inspection sheet. V5 log book arrived 3 days later with 'Declared new At First Registration' and no previous keepers.
I will certainly be recommending GBCardeals to all my colleagues and friends and to all who are reading this and are wary of buying in this way; just be brave enough, your money is protected all the way and the savings are simply fantastic !!
