What a joke!

to my point of view, this is a website to AVOID!!!

This company is a complete scam.
I never received my package and wrote several e-mails demanding refund. Each time they replied that they are very sorry and I will receive my refund shortly. I never got my money and will sue. Don't buy anything on this website.

I have put up two reviews regarding my faulty hoverboard I have sent numerous emails and the last email I received was suggesting I woukd be refunded by the 1st October. I still have not received a refund and also they havent responded to my emails. This is appalling customer service. Dont believe what this Company says

Took 3 months to get the scooter delivered, the quality of product is very mediocre and there is no customer service to call in case of requests.
Tried to call the number several times but doesnt reply/block my number.

This company is to avoid. Honestly, better pay few euros more but make sure you have someone who really exists.

My son ordered an electric scooter more than 2 months ago. We have never been delivered. The company gives us pretexts to justify its delay of delivery. I realized that we are hundreds of people in this case. Most paid, like us, and received nothing in return!

As everyone can read I ve been told I d get my money back during the week. This was on the second of July. Is the end of the month and I still didn't get my money back. I repet it s been months since I paid 315 euros I didn't get anything. Massive scam. I m not gonna stop till I don't have my money back!!!

Following the response of e-new-tech, see my previous message, I am still waiting for the eventual refund, which will not pay the time lost and disappointments. If I receive it one day, I will modify my opinions published on the different sites and I will withdraw my complaint to the gendarmerie. In the meantime, nothing has happened, I can only be wary of it.
And they ask again and again for the order number already provided 2times , incredible!

Product ordered was supposed to arrive last week, but there was apparently some delay in the delivery. With good intentions, although it took some time in the process, the team informed of the potential delivery date and had the kindness to tell me they will add a nice something to the order.

ordered at e new tech for 3 months no order is gone so I ask for the refund of the order 1 month later… still nothing…

My best friend ordered an electric bike two months ago and it just came few days ago and its a really bad product because its not working and we've tried to join them and discuss about it but they're not answering and we can't return the product because they didn't gave us the return slip

If you look down at my last review I was replied by E New-Tec that my parcel would arrive Saturday and here is the tracking number.
A. The parcel did not arrive and B the tracking number is not valid and as you can see has too many digits in the code. I now believe this is a SCAM company or very very badly managed.
I will give until Friday if not i will be making my case, informing layers and sharing all over social media.

I have received today a mail that the products was delivered today which is a lie.

E New- TECH please get in touch or this will only have a big effect on your trading.
