GearBest is really cares about their reputation, so than they work great to make every order the best for you. If something happened, support team can easily solve the problem. I always receive my orders on time, the package also great. They have reward 鈥?points: with them you can save 30% of the order. Delivery takes 10-20 days which is awesome. Facebook group have lots of news about sales, new products, games etc. It easy to shopping on gearbest. I鈥檓 100% satisfied

I would like to hit 0 star rating. Terrible service ever, support service don't reply or answer only "We are sorry, the item you have purchased isn't in stock now, wait please A MONTH". They sale items they don't have. They are scammers. Do not buy anything on it.

Not really honest. The try to sell item theydon't have. Promised shipping within 3-5 days after one month nothing is arrived. I spent 174鈧?they try to refound only 134鈧? 40鈧?for nothing. Great way to have businness: take money for selling nothing

You should be aware that this chineze shop does no comply to the EU way on doing online sales, where it is well known that if the customer do not receive (or refuse to receive) the order. All money payed for the product is payed back to the customer.
I bought something from them without shipping cost, which I never received and now they refuse to refund my original payment for the product only.

My son ordered a phone with accessories on the 11th November. All items were in stock and the delivery timescale he was given was 8 days from order.

15 days have passed since he should have recieved the phone and all he has recieved is a parcel containing the phone accessories but he STILL has no phone so the accessories are useless to him!!!

The company have not been in touch to update him and even though HE PAID EXTRA for the privilage of using the tracking service, that's no help.

THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DON'T SEND THE GOODS!

I would never reccommend anyyone buy from this company. It seems to be a scam!

Thankfully gearbest refunded me my 拢98 today. Only leaving me 拢7 down on the deal after I returned the faulty item. It has been a shocking experience though trying to get my money back. Not sure I'll buy from them again after the runaround. Banggood still owe me money too, but it doesn't look like they will help me at all. I'll stick with Amazon and UK shops, even though choice is limited and prices are generally higher. Even eBay has ripped me off to the tune of at least 拢50 lately, so don't trust them either now. Retailers really are bad on customer service these days.

Products out of stock. Nothing is mentioned on their site. Attempt to steal your money. I have serious thoughts this company is a sibling of onedigitals that was a pure scam and they removed it from online. It has a fake good rating cause it has just been re-created. WATCH OUT

I am going to share with you my nightmare with Gearbest.
Back in february I bought a big tablet with a keyboard. The total amount with insurance was around 357 $. When it arrived (Obviously one month later) to me I tested if it was working, and indeed it was. However, sometimes I had to force turn on and of because it wouldn't wake up. And I thought to my self that it wasn't that big of a problem, maybe something with the software that could be fixed. Due to working reasons, I was traveling around and couldn't use the laptop. 3 weeks later, I was trying to turn it on and it didn't work out. I tried everything, and there was no solution. Finally, I contacted GearBest since the product was in warranty. After proving them everything and a lot of emails back and forth, I finally get the opportunity to send it to them. Shipping on me (another 58 dollars). One month later, without having any contact from them, I checked the tracker of the package, and I see that it arrived 10 days before. Approaching to the customer services they tell me that they are going to check it. After a couple of days, they say that the factory can't fix it, and they are keen to reimburse me 200$ or some sort of coupons, or paying another 100$ to get the same product. There is when I say OMG this can't be happening. After a lot of arguments I finally get 250$, and it was a rough fight.
Conclusion of my experience with GearBest:
416-250= 166$ to the trash for free.
Lof ot time wasted.
Trash devices (it smells that everything is the same)
A lot of effort to get what is of my own, and yet, I didn't

I purchased a vacuum cleaner and I'm very happy with it. Shipping took 20 days but that's ok, the product was amazing for the price. My mom liked it so much and I purchased another one for her.

Scam business. They took my money and didn't ship the item. I have a feeling that most of the 5-Star reviews are made up by Gearbest. Their business should be investigated and shut down.

This company is scam.

Due to a holiday I could not pick up my items at the postoffice in time. Therefore they were returned to Gearbest.

So far so good.

But when I asked Gearbest to resend my order they told me it would cost me extra money. Ok – I asked them where to send the money requested but never got an answer. When I asked again – 2 times – what was happening to my order I got the same answer except that the costs for resending the goods augmented each time. In their latest answer the costs were close to 50% of the original price !

Not at all the saving you think!!
– Firstly, add about 5-10% due to import duty. It would be more but they declare a much lower value and that's where your savings come from: tax dodging. Overall, you might save 10% on the retailer price.
– If you are lucky, you get the item in 2 weeks: that's a long time to be without a phone or you might get used to the temporary replacement or even worst, buy a cheap one as backup and spend more money…
– If anything goes wrong like in my case (phone overheating and switching off… Well good luck!! you're buried between a very badly designed website where you are sent into loops, super detailed questions, picture upload restrictions which of course are not what is written and it will delete all your description and you will have to start again, a week on average to get any answer on your raised ticket, which of course it can go on for months, until they finally tell you "it's more than 45 days, so no refund, if you want post your faulty phone to china at your expenses and we will fix it for free" and you find out it costs 拢20 to post the phone and you don't know if/when/how it will ever come back.

Believe me it is not worth it, save yourself the headache, just go to a shop!

I ordered a phone and some other things on GearBest in November 2017. After the delivery deadline, I didn't have my package nor had any idea where it was. After countless contacts with GearBest support center, they told me the shipping company was the one with the fault of losing my package and that I needed to pay 50% of my order if I wanted them to resend it. I don't even know what is the shipping company! I've asked details about this package loss and the shipping company but they failed me to provide such information.
I paid using my card, so I can't ask PayPal to refund.
It seems to me that I am not the only one that has had this issue with this company.
I was happy with GearBest before, but I won't buy anything here ever again.

Hi all, It is as it is; I got some trust in that company because of support and even solving fast and professional a problem with an order. But as it has been a Christmas gift and the time has been already 21/12/2017 I ordered similar things again and gave some pics to my friends with reference to give the devices to them in January 2018. The month has been almost over and nothing happened! I asked the support again for a hint where the delivery might be. Not only that I got almost the same eMails like the first time, NO, I even got the hint to ask the post office, but the company should have the experience to know that with this company they have chosen to deliver no real OFFICE exists!!! The star I didn't give is for the long period I've been waiting and for the helpless support!
I was already fed up with that behavior, especially as I've been told it will arrive in one week and the delivery just took two weeks more!
All together I've been waiting more than 50 days, without counting the first failed order! I ordered ( W1712211131531922 and W1712210424229377 )
on 21/12/2018 and it has been delivered on 10/02/2018 and the second one on 12/02/2018 !! But at least…… it arrived! But over 50 days ……

Von erneutem Vertrauen gepr盲gt, da eine Bestellung vom November nicht ankam und das Problem nach mehreren eMails dann doch noch recht professionell gel枚st wurde, bestellte ich 盲hnliche Ware erneut. War ja zu Weihnachten gedacht und so bestellte ich vor dem Fest und hoffte Anfang bis Mitte Januar alles zu erhalten und die mit vorl盲ufigem Foto versprochenen Geschenke dann nachzureichen!
DAS war ein IRRTUM!!
Zwar ist die Ware nach dem mehr als schlimmen Tracking schon 24 Tage in Europa und Luftlinie etwa 1000 km entfernt, hat es aber nicht geschafft mich zu erreichen. Ich dachte auch nicht, dass es mich erreichen wird!!! Sie waren angeblich sind jetzt in "clearance", wo auch immer!
Letztlich war die Wartezeit mehr denn 50 Tage….. Ich denke schon ein wenig sehr lang………. ABER es kam schlie脽lich an, also Mut zur L眉cke und nach erneuter Bestellung waren es genau 19 Tage bis zu Lieferung! Ich denke, dass das i.O. ist f眉r Ware 眉bers Meer! Ist ja nichts Verbotenes!!!

I bought Bluetooth ear buds, one of the buds didn鈥檛 hold a charge I contacted Gearbest to report the fault. After many email with little response, they mention a ticket which you can鈥檛 open they say they have responded again these communications can鈥檛 be opened. After trying on several occasions to get a satisfactory conclusion I鈥檝e chalked this up to a bad experience. Don鈥檛 use this company.

I orderd a telefon in oktober and was promised a delivery in 7 days. Nothing happened in 40 days , I started writing to them and finally got cancelled my order. I was told my money should be refunded in latest 14 days ……very frustrating…finally after 2 months conversation the money is back on my account. very patient customerservice!

WA1711121938156492 one month since I placed my order.still have no idea where my order is. Communication is little to non existing. At this point I have no idea if I'm going to receive any thing at all. First and last time I bought from them. Avoid gearbest at all cost.

I have previously reviewed regarding this matter. Jacket ordered followed there size chart XL arrived more like a Small to Medium. Tried to raise a ticket no joy Invoice WWW1709251453410737. They pointed out there size chart what good is that when using it you still get goods too small did not like how they try and blame customer. Bad customer service. They have now stopped communicating . They said they have sent me a ticket but where they have my E Mail ID so why have i not received it. Was told i should stop using this company as i will get stung in the end. Sorry to find i put my faith in the wrong place. Put message on messanger on there Facebook site no answer have now contacted Pay Pal and put in a complaint. Avoid this company. Glad i only had one item there was 3 or 4 others items i nearly purchased at the same time. Shame i had to give them 1 star there is no minus star.

Interesting experience from them.

Ordered a phone Sunday and selected UK Stock but received email on tuesday saying there was a delay to the order due to potential customs charges etc. I kindly responded asking for clarification that day but no reply came through so I opened up a ticket to request cancellation and a refund of my order.

This was responded to quickly and the refund was in my paypal account the very next day.

If I wasn't in a rush I'd likely gamble with customs for low value items from their HK warehouse however anything stating UK stock may not actually be UK Stock. (NB the Uk warehouse was also more expensive)

I'll give them another try in the future for some odds and ends
