My customer ordered a Medium Sweatshirt with my custom design. Gearbubble sent an Extra large Hoodie with really horrible quality print. On top of that they got paid for wrong item and refuse to send me my payout after many attempts. Don't use this company. They don't care. They will rip you and/or your customers off.

I ordered a mug and accidentally put my full name on the bottom. As soon as I hit send I realized my mistake. I panicked and tried to find a phone but to no avail. I used the email and live chat. They sent me the 1st mug and instructions to return it free of charge and the next day I received my correct mug! Fantastic customer service and support. The mug is a Christmas present for my girl! I love the mug I ordered for my fur baby's groomer. I showed it to my friends on FB and they all loved it too. I can't wait to give it to my dog's groomer as a Christmas present. I was very surprised at how quickly it arrived. Good job!!

Excellent service on website 鈥攐nly suggestion is let you put in SHIP TOname. Both items I bought were gifts to two different people and States and both gifts were sent addressed to me instead of person who gift was for. Product excellent beautiful delivered within a week or so of order

I am very satisfied with Gearbubble they have produced Faced thin good quality Face Masks for me at first I thought they were thin and skimmpy but my customers seemed to like not having a bulky heavy face mask, I must agree they are comfortable to wear all day and why not make it a Combo the T-Shirts were great quality and everything has been delivered in a very timely manner. THUMBS UP!

Excellent delivery quick delivery

Ordered a custom order Mug from GearBubble. The mug arrived on time but the customization was incorrect. Clearly they misspelled one of the names. They put a capital letter at the end of the name and it was misspelled – like StevenJ for example. When I reached out to customer service, they denied the error – said it was my fault and would only offer a refund, minus the shipping. It was their mistake! Be warned.

I am very grateful for your services and I really liked the mug. Thank you very much.

First of all you don't make it easy to leave a review! You send me an email and ask for my opinion with no easy way of doing that. Your website said I would receive my item within in 4-6 days, it took 18. So the pillow cases I ordered for my grand daughters' birthdays didn't arrive until a week after their birthdays, very disappointing. I only ordered 2 pillowcases, I received 4.2 were correct and 2 said meme instead of nana. You must of sent me someone else's order by sides mine. What should I do with them?

This product was delivered in a timely manner, and is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend the quality is good and I have had many compliments on the necklace

I ordered a mug and wine glass, like mother like daughter. My mug arrived timely by USPS and I was able to track it with no problem. My wineglass was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago to Athens, AL. It arrived at the Athens P. O. yesterday & has now headed to Tuscaloosa, AL. It started out being shipped by UPS, then changed to USPS in Athens, where it was redirected. It's a mystery to me. I do like the mug though!

GearBubble did everything they said. Communication was great. The handmade necklace I got for my wife was top quality. My wife loved it and that made me look good. Lol If I have the chance to do business with them again, I will. I will know what to expect from them. Knowing I'm not going to get ripped off in this day and age means a lot to me because I'm on a fixed income. I couldn't be more satisfied.

My necklace I bought for my wife was delivered on time without any delay. I would definitely use them to purchase future jewelry and other stuff.
