I was ripped off by GearValor. $49.68 for a woman's hoodie. They don't answer the phone and they don't return emails. What can be done about this fraud?

I bought two pairs of shoes from them that they said we're Converse they were not they're very cheaply made from China by email they sent me to return the shoes and the address to send them to I did that and then I got the shoes back Return to sender and now they will not answer any email any phone calls so I spent $115 roughly with these people and have nothing to show for it but some crappy $5 shoes

I had ordered their "Gods of Horror" sneakers which were shown as Converse. The product was delivered from an address in China and the sneakers we clearly knock-off Converse that were cheaply made. The print on the outside of the shoes was not done very well at the same time. I reached out to them on a couple of occasions about a possible refund, and I have not received a response.
