Terrible company to use for Travel Insurance. Cruise Line Oceania canceled Japan Cruise because of Covide19 Pandemic prior to trip commencing. Generali Insurance does not have any customer support taking care of this problem as of this date. Not even sure if company is still in business. Don't waste your time and money using CSA Travel Insurance which now is Generali Insurance.

BEWARE. Customer service is nonexistent. My UK to US flight was cancelled a few hours before the flight, and after having little luck with the airline, I called Generali for assistance. I was shocked after paying so much for the insurance to learn that their help line was only for medical emergencies. When I asked to be connected with customer service or their concierge line for help, I was told they are not available 24 hours a day and I'd have to call back when they opened 9 a.m. NEW YORK time. I explained that would not help me as I was in the UK and all I received from the Generali rep was the same monotone response. I contacted Generali twice after the trip to tell them how dissatisfied I was with the complete lack of customer service and they never even responded to my emails. I will never use this company again.
