In short – because this is a duplicate in English. (per l Italiano vedi sotto)
I had a particular question on the no claim bonus to be carried forward from an UK Insurance to an Italian Insurancde. They replied flatly saying they got the information on the equivalent of the No Claim Bonus from the Italian databank. (this applies to me only from 2009). I repeated the questions, given they hadnt replied contextually. That originated a second reply from them, exactly the same as the previous one. So I sent another email saying it was no use repeating the same answer. They replied in saying that they already replied… infuriating and unprofessional to say the least. A bunch of cowboys. I have got myself another insurance. Obviously. Allianz,their parent Company is a very professional organization with whom I deal on other business matters for 20 years – thats why I though GenialLoyd would use the same standards. Nope. No hope. Now its in English maybe its of some use to somebnody. Deal mwith these paople at your own peril…

Avevo una domanda sul Bonus Malus e mi hanno risposto dicendo che la mia classe era stata rilevata dalla banche dati. Ho ripetuto la domanda, visto che non mi hanno risposto contenstualmente e senza dare spiegazioni, e mi hanno risposto ripetendo la stessa cosa. Ho scritto la terza volta perche quando si fa una domanda ci si aspetta una risposta e rimandare la stessa risposta manca di rispetto. Mi hanno risposto dicendomi che mi avevavo gia risposto. Sono ignoranti non vogliono rispondere in merito perche a loro non conviene. Mi avevano inizialmente risposto con una settimanaq di ritardo quando mancavano 1/2 giorni al rinnovo. MI sono preso un altra assicurazione – ovviamente.

i bought my used car yesterday, by using facile.it website i was offered by prima.it around 700 euros for level 14. i sent them the documents and no response from them. i called twice and finally the English speaking operator told me that it can take up to weeks the document to be reviewed.

then i started the second best offer which was Genialloyd, i took the quotation and my getting the approval from the phone call i paid and 5 minutes later i received the e-version of mu insurance.

in my point of view, most of the problem happen when your process needs human operator intervention which can result in waiting long.

I am not sure what operating system this company is using, but it must be Commodore 64 at best.

It has been 5 days that I have paid my insurance and I can still not use my car. Every files that I have sent via mail or scanner (same I use with every businesses and which work) cannot be read on their part.
