(Android App experience). My overall experience with Genting is OK BUT when it comes to horse racing they are absolute amateurs. Must be avoided. They change odds on the bet slip. (That's OK). You accept change. Then they say that you have 2 bets!!! Then you clear 'all'. Then you go back in a day later and find that the bet was placed despite none showing as 'live'!!! So you go off and place your bet with a proper bookie and end up with a double exposure. Lesson learned!!!! Stick to the mainstream players for horses and ditch the cowboys!

Love genting bet. Fast payouts and customer service second to none… Always been great with Me and credit my sportsbook account with cash to do as I choose… If you moan about stuff that means you shouldn't be doing it me I'm happy and betting in running on sports is my thing so thumbs up guys 馃憤馃憤馃憤馃榿馃榿馃榿

Avoid. Dissapointed as they refuse to give members bonuses for they deposits. i deposit thounds and i got almost nothing and lately i did the mistake to log back and try them out. did a deposit and of course i asked for some bonus , been told lies that i might get one in the evening. checked it and of course they said i am not eligible , reasons ? no reasons . maybe next week…if you as a website want to keep your costumers happy especialy when they deposit alot you must give them bonuses …look for better websites , i am sure they are plenty

Dont waste your time or money. The only reason for leaving one star is there is no facility for 0! The higher your stake the lower the feature pays , if you are lucky enough to see one. Expect to spend 拢 600 or more before you see a feature and when you do get it , rest assured the pay will most often be an offensively low ( around 拢10). There are much better sites out there. This is far from comparable to playing a physically real machine. Give it a miss.

This is the first review I have ever written but I felt like it needed to be done. I signed up to this site, deposited 拢20 and won 拢400. They even ask you to go into a live chat and make sure you are happy with your gambling control and deactivate your deposit until you let them know your happy and safe. 10/10 site. Hopefully the withdraw goes through okay.

The slowest payout I have ever seen. Lousy customer service. Takes two weeks or more to get a payout. Avoid at all costs

I asked this betting provider to investigate a fault whereby the game crashed due to some technical issue.

The result of the investigation was that no fault was found yet if they actually spoke to their staff who were on the floor during the live game they would find out that there was indeed a fault and not only that there was lots of unhappy customers on the live chat complaining about it.

Best to avoid this company as if an issue arises due to a fault then it is not investigated properly or robustly and it鈥檚 made out that it鈥檚 the customers fault.

Guys and girls please be extra cautious and read the T&C regarding the bonus requirements. I had an unexpected and bad experience, but then the management decided to step in and sort out my problem after I shared my frustration here. Big thanks again for the management.

Opened an account, and then changed my mind, emailed them to request closure as can't close on their site. I was asked for all names, account number, address and then the wrong security question details. Didn't supply any and not heard back. Avoid!.

I made an account a few years ago and stopped playing because I didn't find the odds to be as good as some other websites. I took a phonecall today from a mobile number. It was someone from Genting asking why I hadn't logged in for so long and that I could benefit from a 拢20 matched bonus on casino. This on the face of it was a reasonable enough offer and I understand they are a business and need to make money. I said thank you to the rep and said I might consider it at some point. Then the problem came. The rep wanted me to put the phone on speaker and make the deposit whilst he was on the line so the bonus could be released. Personally I think it was a disgraceful thing to do. People are off work and struggling financially due to the coronavirus. Needless to say I am closing my account with them.

Placed it, lost it, only got 拢10.00.

Customer service is useless, they have one working person at the live chat and emails who does not resolve your query but hangs up on the chat whenever feels like it, worst experience ever.

Use WH instead or any other reguar good bookie that will treat you like a valuable customer.

Site has to be a hoax site run by jokers. Signed up to site and first attempt at verifying account, I sent a photo copy of my passport and a proof of address letter confirming my name and address. I was then contacted and told no good as passport wasn't signed, it is. Also told letter was no good. Second attempt I sent different letter and a copy of my driving licence. Which were accepted. I then attempted to log into account to place a bet. I'm told my account has been closed. They won't advise me why or even chat about it. Live chat doesn't work. So please avoid these lot as its a hoax site.

This has to be the worst slot site I have ever played and I have played on near on all of them. Some of the games do not load up your balance so you are gambling blind as the balance in the top right corner is slow to adjust to your winning/loses. Then the worst thing is the site decides to log you out when you eventually get a bonus , 3 times it happened to me after only 30mins of play a message comes up saying "session expired please return to home page" and you are froze out/logged out..so then you loose all you gained on the slot you were playing.
I have never had such a bad gaming experience as on this Gentingbet site. Also the pay outs did seem unusually low compared to other casino sites , the same slots I have played hundreds of times on other sites did not pay as frequently or pay an amount like they normally do.
