I have been with Genuine Legal since the beginning of the year. I felt my solicitor wasn't working hard enough after the first court hearing. (I actually went and seen another solicitor to see if they would have handle things differently). I let the negative reviews affect my opinion. I spoke to my solicitor regarding my concerns and seeing her in court yesterday has restored my faith in how happy I am she is handling my matters. Only time will tell how this works out but for now I am very happy with Victoria Eastwood.

Russian owned company who target low income earners.

My poor partner had their case jepodised by an inexperienced lawyer. Who has only been practicing law for about six months, but who charged full fees. This lawyer doesnt even have a certificate to practice law in Brisbane but is working in Brisbane.

They lie and the lack of comunication, privacy breaches, and down right rudeness from them shouldn't be tolerated.

If you ask to speak to the Russian CEO then good luck, you will just be lumped with more grief.

The complaints about these lawyers are out there you just have to look for them. I wish my partner did.

Also if you look at all these positive comments these people dont actually come from Australia so it looks like some one has paid them to make good reviews. Another way they lie to their clients.

The legal services commission has been notified and hopefully this company is shut down and stop destroying people and their lives.

And if you look up here legal it is the same CEO with all the same addresses.

Very very suspicious. I've not know a law firm to work under 2 different names. And even the reviews in regards to that firm and poor.

Dont risk your case like my partner and many of the others have. You will also see that you dont save any money with them vs other lawyers. Shop around look at reviews and you will find that you will save money and wont have the mistakes this company causes.
