TERRIBLE SERVICE – Delivery so far has taken 3 weeks and the product is still not in the UK from France. Please don't use this service if you're a customer or a business, it will only lose you customers.

Delivery scheduled for Tuesday 'between 8am & 6pm'. That's not a delivery slot, it's a shift. No phone call, no delivery. Then they put on their website that they couldn't deliver because 'the business was closed'. It was a private house and I was in all day, watching my gate. They are liars.

I contacted the seller and he rescheduled for Thursday 'without fail'. Exactly the same thing happened.

They delivered on Friday afternoon. It was a portable aircon with a notice on the box to keep it upright. The box was on its side and looked like it had been walked over and had things dropped on it. I think the unit is undamaged but I can't tell until it has stood long enough for the refrigerant to settle.

I was a driver for Geodis Best Buy in Florida. This is the worst delivery job in creation. My first and last delivery was a total of 38 miles from my home, for $8. There were other deliveries to be done but they wouldn鈥檛 give them to me.

Terrible service.. They promise a delivery day with a vague time frame! Say that its out for delivery at midday and nothing that day! Was sat at home losing a days wage for nothing!

Let me agree with all the other one-star reviewers. Mine was a consignment of wine which arrived a day late, after I'd waited in all day (8am – 5:30pm, yes that's right) the day before. It finally turned up, smashed to bits, in an unmarked white van. Not his fault, said the driver: "higher up". My guess is they'd subcontracted this poor bugger to deliver all their damaged parcels, so they wouldn't have to face the anger of irate customers. I sent him away, but there was no paperwork – strange how it's missing when you actually need it – so I have no proof. Okay, the shipment was appallingly packed by the supplier, but that doesn't make me any happier. France is living in the Stone Age when it comes to shipping, it seems.

I placed an order with Leroy Merlin and unfortunately, they utilized Geodis for delivery. This has been, without a doubt, the worst delivery service that I have ever endured anywhere in the world.

Ridiculous. Extremely rude delivery man, time slot for delivery 8:00 to 17:30, they just dump your (big) package on the street, even though they charge 100鈧?for delivery.

My order which was out for delivery for 8 hours never arrived. Terrible delivery service. Do not recommend using Best Buy Same Day delivery because they use Geodis to fulfill their orders. And trying to get through to Best Buy to get any feedback is nearly impossible but that is a separate issue. 0 Stars if it were an option.

They tell you 1 or 2 days ahead of time that you will have to wait *the entire day* (instead of just the morning or afternoon, like most deliveries), and then they dont even bother to come!

Impossible to call or write them since their phone numbers are impossible to find or don't work and all of their contact links are broken.

Ten days now that we've been waiting for our parcel–ten days that Geodis has had the package in their possession. Tracking says they've attempted delivery numerous times but not one card has ever been left. I've left voice mails and emailed. No replies except one email which stated I had to deal directly with Amazon. I've talked to Amazon five times…to no avail. I truly believe Geodis is going to the wrong address, but it's impossible to get someone to listen to me. Totally frustrated, both with Amazon and with the shipper. In the meantime…when will the package arrive???

Terrible service I do not recommend at all. I waited one day for a delivery, the deivery man could not deliver to my house but instead of getting out of van and talking to me to explain siutation he just drove off! Speaking with the customer services they are useless and could do nothing much than arrange delivery the next day. The next day arrived with a damaged, bent wood burning stove, a really aggressive van driver, who did not want to help, moaned and complained and wsa really rude. My husband had to transport it to our house with our tractor as the van driver was not interested in helping? I paid 75 euros for this ridiculous service. AVOID !!!!!

Absolutely the worst experience! I purchased a clock 18鈥?tall from Drouot Estimations, and it took over a month for it to be packed and shipped. I was charged almost $950. The clock was very poorly packed and sustained over $1000 damage. I sent written estimates for repair. Over the last six weeks., I have sent multiple emails and made a couple of phone calls to ask about the insurance claim. I have had no meaningful response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

LE PIRE!!!!

I have never in my life seen the level of ineptitude than that presented by the entirety of the GeoDis team. My package was scheduled with me by phone to be delivered (to an address in Paris). They missed the delivery, for which I had taken an RTT day from work. I called and they told me the delivery was for the day after. They also missed that delivery and somehow LOST THE PACKAGE. There is no excuse for this. They should have their business license revoked.

Having found a great deal online, I ordered my item…

The item hadn't arrived after a few days and the 'schedule your delivery' button did not work on the automated tracking email. After getting stuck in a phone loop multiple times and after much Googling I found a number for the correct depot. If you've ever tried contacting Northampton Geodis you'll understand how tricky this is. They were very pleasant and helpful and advised when the parcel would arrive. So I waited 2 days at home for it (after the second day being told there had been an accident). Being that I work, and couldn't waste another day, Geodis recommended I pick a designated day that week, which I did… HOWEVER…

Update (1 day later – 3 working days late):
Have just had a David Lynch moment and received a notification saying that my parcel has been signed for, by 'myself' however I have not been home all day (this was not my 'new' designated delivery day). I will not be happy if this has been left with a neighbour as it clearly states to check the item thoroughly. Very stressful experience thus far.

Update (later that evening)
Well… Not to worry, it wasn't responsibly left with a neighbour as I just got home to find my 拢750+ digital piano hanging out, on my doorstep (in South East London) in the drizzle, in full view of any Tom, Brian or Harry, with the name of the product on full display and the box battered like a good piece of Weymouth cod.

After unpacking the piano, everything seems to be ok, however it does sound a bit like soggy bagpipes, hopefully this will resolve itself as it dries out.

If you want your goods dropped on your doorstep for all to see, whatever the weather, go for it.

This company has no customer service. They delivered our package late, damaged and we were short 2 items. This company charges money to cantact them (3Euros per call) and then cannot give any information about missed deliveries, the status of the package, why it was not delivered and when it could be redelivered. Utterly useless and unable to take any responsibility for their damage to our good. A net loss of 740 euros of equipment!!

I spent half a day waiting for the delivery from France Express, but they just put the status that I was not at home and didn't deliver anything. When I tried to call them I was kept on the line for 30 min and dropped all my calls. Awful service which should be eliminated from the market!
